expensive, hard to use
It's my own fault, but I was hoping to make my own C-60 oil. Too hard! So the almost full bottle sits on the shelf taking up space.

I don't usually jump on fads without much scientific backing
I use it every day. Take too much can be slightly constipation but seems to be very good. It's hard to judge and everyone is afraid to say too much for fear of the Pharmaceutical Industry. Sometimes you just have to experiment with things.
