I’ve been taking this Lactobacillus Reuteri probiotic supplement for a little over a week, and I’ve already noticed a difference. It’s helped with digestion—less bloating, and I feel more balanced overall. It’s also gentle on the stomach and easy to take daily. I’ve read it can also support immune and skin health, which is a great added benefit. So far, it’s been a great addition to my routine!

This product works extremely well when allowing the small tablets to dissolve in the mouth rather than ingesting them with water. There is no smell, and little taste and no stomach upset. The results after a few days taking these at bed time has resulted in the freshest mouth I've had in years. No more white saliva coating on my tongue anymore in the morning and my tongue visually looks clean and healthy. Also no more sores inside the sides of the mouth and especially in the back pockets where the upper and lower wisdom teeth meet.

Ok- where do I even begin? I guess I’ll start with the product itself. It surprise me how small the bottle was. And how small the tablets were. However, the taste is not bad at all. It taste like, if anything, chalk. I started taking this for a plethora of reasons. Primarily because of my Gutt health, teeth, health and mental health. It has not been super easy, especially the first few days. However, it was worth every moment of uncomfortable that came with it. The first few days I realized that I was a bit angry and aggressive. But, I knew that was possible and powered through. I’ve been taking this for about four weeks. I weighed 200 pounds when I started. I could barely focus. I’m down to 180 pounds and my focus is incredible. I wake up in the morning, brush my teeth and immediately chew up this medicine. Two tablets in the morning on an empty stomach. I chew them up and let it stay in my mouth for five minutes or so, and swallow it with water. I then continue on my normal routine, which includes drinking coffee. I have realized my diet changed. I now only eat when the sun goes down. I know this sounds crazy, but I go all day long on my circadian rhythm. I have less anxiety and more focus. I have been trying to tell everyone I know and care about to take this. That way, we can compare results. I did not try to lose weight. I did not try to start a diet. However, naturally, and due to this supplement and probiotic, my health has improved in general. Yes, the anger and aggression was difficult the first few days. But I didn’t give up and I’m so glad. I can’t recommend this highly enough.

It would be nice to know which strain it is. I'll assume it's both L. reuteri, ATCC 6475 and DSM 17938. This is why I only gave it 4 stars. I cultivated a quart of it using Half & Half and 2 Tbls of Inulin at 98.8 F for 36 hours using 2 tables. It worked very well so I know it's active. It looks like yogurt, but the taste is not quite as pleasant. It's not horrible, but it's not a dessert. Of course most people will just take 2 pills.

i was skeptical. now i am blown away. i void 3 times a day, nor runny and not hard. my complexion is glowy now and ive only been taking them for 3 weeks. im back to order 2 more bottles because at $8.95m why the heck not? my stomach is no longer distended, i wear pants that aren't snug feeling or uncomfortable. my waist size is 3 " SMALLER!?my teeth appear whiter and no longer have the gray cast of an older woman.these are a WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN!!

This is a good, basic yeast-based probiotic. You can take it along with antibiotics, and it isn’t affected by them. It’s a good one, it’ll be your friend

While this worked well in making yogurt and was helping my gut in the beginning, I started to have a reaction and figured out it must be contaminated by gluten. After contacting the seller, who is very responsive to questions, they confirmed it is made with corn. I cannot get a refund now but if you have digestive issues then I would stay away from products made with magnesium sterate as they most likely are derived from corn gluten. Again, it was working in the beginning until my gut started fighting me back and that was a very sad day for me as I had bought three different products from this company. I can confirm they are good for making yogurt but only if you aren't Celiac and/or gluten intolerant like me and if you aren't sure, please get a food sensitivity test done just to be sure, prior to buying/using.
