We bought this and returned it. Upon receiving the box it was surprisingly light considering all it was said to contain. On lifting the products out the box each item was so light that they were clearly coated with rather than made of the materials one would expect. We showed the stuff to our plumber who laughed and called it 'cheap cr*p' and said he would never dream of fitting something so poor. The firm inspected the retured goods and considered them to be OK. They would not refund the £16 postage. Save yourself the bother and avoid this product: it will prove a lot more expensive that getting proper stuff the first time round.
