Sourdough bread was awesome
I wondered if bread would be better if I ground my own flour. YES undoubtedly, it makes a huge difference. The taste is enhanced and the quality of the non GMO grain is worth the money.I will buy this again

Strong burlap taste
The berries have a very strong, offensive burlap smell. After sprouting and milling the smell does not dissipate. This suggests that the burlap used in the packaging is probably not food grade nor organic
