I chose this because it's the only one that looked good and delivered by CD vs downloading it.It's a very good software, but newbies beware, it's not user friendly when doing the conversion settings.

The program works OK, but they offer no instructions, which is the reason for the mediocre rating. When You open the program you must grab the bottom edge and pull down to see your options and register. There is no sliding bar to show that this is an option.

It's somewhere between "I like it" and "It's o.k."

I purchased the conversion software to convert VCR VHS format home video (tape) via VOB files to Mpeg-4 type format. I am a software developer, and this product fails to complete the entire (single) VOB file or to join larger VOB files.There are zero instructions, as delivered it is the trial version so that makes sense to not complete the process (30%). Once I registered, it was upgraded to PRO version for the ah ha experience I thought would do the trick.Negatory, now as the full PRO version this less than one star conversion software has wasted wasted my time and should owe me consulting $$$, as it converts about 70% of each VOB it inhales..........Did not attempt other than VHS VOB files as that was my only purpose for purchase. Should be a Beta Test as is .........Junk for Money !!!

Leaves a lot to be desired. It kind of does what it's suppose to do, but after purchasing this and attempting to do what I needed I found freeware software that worked a lot better. It was very disappointing.
