New Balance Men's M850v1 Running Shoe

Verdict: overall, for the price, I could not be more pleased.I have had these shoes for only a week or so, and have only worn them for a few days total, but so far I love them. The Cush+ soles and inserts are very comfortable, and felt "broken in" right away. They breathe very well and seem well made, though I've only put a few miles on them, so I cannot speak for durability. I have spent much more on less comfortable, cheaper-feeling shoes.If you plan on purchasing the black/silver color, be aware that the picture is a bit misleading, I think because of the white background. The darkest parts of the shoes are truly black, not dark gray as they appear, and the lighter parts are also darker than they appear. This does not bother me, but just be aware if the picture leads you to expect a charcoal color.One other note is that I cannot find these shoes on New Balance's website. I am not sure if that means they are just too new, or if they are not really New Balance (NB branded but manufactured by someone else or just plain knockoffs?). This is my first Amazon review so here goes.I ordered these shoes on Black Friday because as a red blooded American (Merica), I had to order something on Black Friday. The ad tracking cookies must have been doing their job because a pair of these shoes magically appeared in one of my browsers. I won't go into how fast shipping was because if you are not on Prime and getting your packages in two days, you probably should not get anything for Christmas. Seriously though, these shoes are great. I have had a very hard time finding shoes that will fit both my left and right foot comfortably. These did the trick, and are very nice looking as well. My wife has already tired of me reviewing the shoes to her, so when an e-mail asked me to rate these on Amazon, I said what the hell.Bottom Line: Shoes fit very well are comfortable light and look nice. I am really happy with my purchase

The pair I received was Navy/Orange. Its a very slight color variation but when compared to anything else I have that is red it looks orange. Especially the tread pattern. Still I like the way they look and decided to keep them because they are comfortable and fit very well.A great pair of shoes but either the listing needs to change or they need to take a look at their stock.

What can I say. I wear size 12. I bought size 12 and they fit perfectly. I was actually shocked they fit so well. The price was exceptional. They are very light shoes but great quality as I would expect from New Balance. I wear them everyday. They are just as comfortable as the 180 dollar pair of NB that I bought in Brandon this spring. Great buy in my opinion.

I bought these for a cheap running shoe with good cushioning. I like them a lot.Pros:Light, Cheap, Comfortable, Flexible, Well ventilated, Good lookingCons:Cold. The good fabric mesh ventilation blows both ways on cold morning runs.Durability. It's soft fabric toe box will probably not hold up to my big toe for very long.Support. There are no rollbars or orthopedic supports built in so these will not help you if you have bad running habits.

Originally got these shoes to replace some other new balances that were developing some rather significant holes. For context, I usually use these types of shoes as gym shoes / running on concrete / roads. Thus far these shoes have survived a good 75+ miles of running and I couldn't be happier. The shoe itself is rather supportive and I haven't had a bad experience working out in these shoes yet. Whereas with other shoes, I could usually tell that my feet were beginning to hurt near the end of a longer run, these shoes have always left me feeling pretty good.

Plenty of cushion but not much support. They are slightly smaller then a normal 10d in both length and width. Not uncomfortable but a little snug. I'll go back to my normal brand after these. Thought Id take a chance. Also, the shoes tongue is abnormally long.

Very comfortable show. They fit as I thought they should and the size was exactly the same as every other pair of New Balance that I have had before. They are lite and look really nice.
