Nice nordic poles, but hand harnesses too small.
The hand harnesses are sized for a small woman on poles sized for a 6' man. Bare handed they fit my (men's large glove) bare hand nicely, but who skis bare handed? My 4' 11" 100 lb wife can fit with her ski gloves, but not with much room. I need a 3" extension, which Winget could easily provide. I jury rigged extensions with velcro tape and D-rings. Easyou stood behind their poles, and provided 2 new sets of hand harnesses until they achieved a proper fit. The baskets are small, but good for packed snow and groomed tracks. for deep powder it would be nice to have powder baskets.

Good value for lower end gear
Just got these today. I will ski with them and give an update. First impression is that they are decent strength/stiffness and would compare to a lower end Swix pole (CT5 or CT6?). I am a mostly recreational nordic skier, I try to get the best gear I can get for lower prices. These seem to be a good value for a recreational skier or for training poles for racers. The sizing chart listed on the site is not very close at all. The sizes listed on amazon might follow guidelines for classic technique but are way too short for skate technique. When in doubt, go longer (you can remove the grips, cut them down if needed, and reinstall grips). I got 165 cm for me to use with skate skiing and I am 5'11".

XC poles
The poles are light and appears to bee strong. The only issues is the straps are stiff making them as little difficult to put on with gloves.

poles are fine.. not so much the grips
while the poles and baskets seem to be fine (have not used yet) the grips are not as the velcro strap is about 4 inches too short to fasten around my salomon x-ctry ski mittens.. unbelievable design flaw

Good inexpensive pole - short wrist strap
great alternative to $100+ poles. Wrist strap is too short for average male wrist and size 8 glove while using thin gloves.

Wrist straps are awkward and flimsy
Tried these out today abs ended up have to forego using the straps altogether. Too small to fit a glove through easily and once I did get them past my gloves, the straps were too small to close. Otherwise, sturdy pole for the money.

great pole for the price
My son loves these poles and is used to skiing $200+ brand name poles. Strap durability is questionable. Would likely spend the little extra for the 100% carbon next time.

Excellent poles for roller ski and winter XC ski
Pleasantly surprised. I purchased these poles for use with roller skis. I've used them a bit over a month and am very pleased with the durability and weight. It was the price that initially caught my attention and I could see using these as my winter poles when they need replacing.
