Great night's sleep
Most melatonin is 3 or 5 mg, but this is 10 mg! On the rare occasion I find myself wide awake at bedtime, I take one, and within 15 minutes I'm sleeping well through the rest of the night. I only take as needed, so my body hasn't gotten used to it; it then works extremely well.
