Lavanila - Lavanila Girl The Healthy Deodorant Beachy Vanilla Mini

I love this deodorant, but the last 2 tubes I purchased were defective. They are having some major QA issues. Other reviews mention the same issues. There are little hard lumps in the deodorant that makes it feel like you're rubbing sandpaper in your armpit. I'm attaching photos, these are 2 different tubes.

So, I have just gotten into this all natural hype and I do have to say it has been quite a journey.I tend to sweat, ALOT. So I needed the strongest and most effective natural deodorant on the market.I applied this deodorant on numerous test runs.1. While hiking in Nashville (humidity) Did well. About the same as my Secret Clinical Strength held up.2. Out and about shopping Still held up for maybe about 8 hours before really smelling any B.O.3. Nervous Sweating Now this is where it meet its downfall. If you plan on wearing this to a job interview, bring it with you to reapply. B.O began to break through within the first hour of applying in the morning. But If you carry this with you for those days where you think you might need extra, then you should fair alright.All in all this is my second natural deodorant and this is the best roll on one that I have tried.

I've tried SO many natural, aluminum free deodorants and this one finally works for me! I'll be wearing it for 12 hours and won't have to reapply and am not smelly either. It's not an anti-perspirant, so I will sweat if I'm working out or on a really hot day, but I'm not one who sweats copious amounts so I really don't mind. They have so many different flavors to choose from, I try to order a different one every time and I love them all thus far! One thing to note is that on the first use, place it under your armpit and let the stick warm up a little with your body heat before rubbing it all over, or else it can be a little rough and hurt. After a few uses, it should be smooth and you won't have to do this anymore. It also doesn't burn my armpits like other natural deodorants do when they have a high amount of baking soda in them. Schmidts brand has kept me from smelling, but after around 2 weeks of using it, the baking soda started to burn my armpits and give me a red rash. However, my friend has been using Schmidts for probably a year now and hasn't experienced that, so it just depends on the person. I've also tried the brands 'Native' and 'Pit Paste' for those who want to shop around, and those work well for me as well.

I've been using this for a couple of weeks now and I really love it. I have read that baking soda is what discolors your underarms (which I have been insecure about for forever) so I'm hoping I will see this gone in a few months. I have already seen a big difference in red bumps though. It was really hard finding natural deodorants that don't have baking soda but was thankful to find this. It is smaller than I wish given the price, but the scent is nice and isn't clumpy. Does not ruin my clothes like Dove did. It's not hot or humid out yet, but I walk to work and have worn it working out with no problems or bad smells.

I had previously ordered the Lavender Vanilla scent and found it to fade sooner than I desired, which left me with a faint body odor come the end of the day. I went out on a limb and gave the brand a second chance with a different scent. I LOVE the scent, I LOVE the Quality, and I LOVE the ingredients. To be clear, I may not have applied enough of the deodorant my first time around with the other scent, so don't rule it out. I found that I had to apply more liberally than I had on my other deodorants. It is a little bit thicker than other common deodorants so I found it necessary to to apply a few more strokes than I was expecting/realized. Since I changed my application amount I have yet to have even a hint of BO while wearing this deodorant. It really does work and it works well. One other thing I should mention is that the scent is wonderful but not overpowering- which I really enjoy. I want my deodorant to prevent BO not as a substitute or alternative to perfume. So don't forget- more is better, apply liberally for best results.
