delicious and adds zip to your mornings
I use a large coffee mug in the morning so when using this good tasting instant latte, I add a teaspoon of my instant coffee, usually taster's choice but sometime other higher end brands and this is the color I get as a result with no added creamers. I don't have to add anything and the coffee is smooth and delicious. I've been drinking it for two weeks and I don't know if it's PSYCHO somatic but I do feel shrinkage in the gut by about an inch. It may be because drinking the Skinny creates a subliminal message to walk more or eat less. Regardless of what's going on I definitely feel a tad more energized than when I use straight up instant and believe me I make it very dark and strong. Good and guilt free latte

What a good way to drink coffee and also lose weight. I have started drinking this skinny coffee now for couple of days, the really strong coffee aroma wakes all my senses. Lol. Will update on the weight loss aspect, as it's too soon to say.I am satisfied with my purchase

Made me gain weight
I began drinking it in December. It was January 9 when I realized I was gaining weight even tough I was eating healty meals. I stopped drinking it the next morning. It is now January 13 and I lost the 5 pounds I had gained while drinking this coffee in just 4 days of not drinking it. I also want to point out that It also made me very bloated.

Tastes great
I love this. I just received it so I can’t attest to the weight loss effectiveness of it yet, but according to it’s ingredients, I think it would work as long as one isn’t binging on unhealthy food and expecting this coffee to be an instant fix. The flavor is great. Not too sweet, and not bitter. The amount of creamer in it is perfect. Not too dark or light.
