Update 7/4/18. They refunded my account in full. They can’t do anything more than that so I changed my review from 1 to 5. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Did not accommodate my iPhone 5. Vertically, it's just plain too big. Horizontally is sort of fits but is too loose for me to trust it. AND, the camera lens is blocked. I bought this because I want to leave it set up in a spare room so we, as Grandparents, can leave our descendants some words of advice and tell a few stories that will be lost when we die. I suppose I could use the front facing camera but the picture isn't as good. And the reason I have it on a tri-pod is because I want good pictures

In the picture it shows two different tripod the actual one you receive is the plain oneThe bottoms piece is like a ball piece that needs to attach to either a certain hole set in desk or a magnet.Just buyer beware. Look at picture in bottom of the actual tripod before you purchase.

This design is terrible! It's a tripod adapter that was made to hold your phone for filming and it blocks the camera lens!!! Instead of having one side spring loaded to adjust to fit different devices, it's spring loaded on both sides so you have to physically hold it on one side to allow the lens to show. If I wanted to hold it the whole time I would just hold my phone. I can't get over how they could design something so utterly ineffective! haha

Works great for my iPhone, an iPad is a bit heavy for it. But I was able to angle it in just the right way to get it to stay, but otherwise it does tend to droop.For the money it is an excellent buy.I am using it a lot for a pod cast.

Any wind at all and it vibrates the Galaxy pad. Touch the Galaxy and it vibrates. I should have seen the thin long attachment but I did not pay attention. May be good for music stand or whatever but not for photography
