One of the Best things i have purchased on amazon in a very long time. All parts were clean and sterile. The instructions are on the box and easy to read. You have to buy or have 2 Double AA batteries. Make sure you use distilled or bottled water never tap unless you boil it first and make sure the water is lukewarm. I purchased already premade nasal rinse packs. Easy to take apart and clean. aim glad i dont have to tilt my head weird or anything. Just breathe through your mouth a fast yet calm 15sec clean. Didnt wanna spend money on a navage machine and im glad I didn't. Money happily spent. But the best part is I can Breathe Again Like Toni Braxton!

This nasal cleaner is easy to use. If you've never used one before, it will feel awkward, strange etc. It does clean out your sinuses fairly well. Be sure to clean it well after use

Very easy to use and perform better then expected. Pressure is a bit high for new users but if you used a neti pot then this is much better.

Not that you want to really LOOK at the stuff that is rinsed out of you nasal cavities, it is, in fact, pretty helpful to see the color and clarity of what is rinsed out. It helps to determine what may be irritating your passages and how bad they are. Obviously, you should consult a doctor if you are having any major issues but this helps. Does not come with the saline solution, but easy to make or readily available for purchase. Nose guards are very soft and pliable. Extra sets provided.

A very easy and effective system to use. All I need is the saline pack that I can mix up with the water before the rinse. The process is very quick and feels pretty good. I use this before I go to sleep. My wife did notice the difference because my snoring is way better than before and I feel my sleeping quality is

The media could not be loaded.  This nasal irrigator definitely does the job better than a non-electric one. Make sure you buy the materials to make the correct solution to put in the machine, else it won’t be useable. The machine is disposable-battery powered and has a screwed-in slot for them. While I would prefer a rechargeable setup, the machine did come with batteries pre-installed so I can’t complain! It was a really nice touch. Make sure you clean it regularly. But for the price, it does everything you want and reliably.

Pollen season is difficult.I am so happy to get this nasal machine. It makes nasal cleansing quick and efficient. I love how it gently clears out pollen and dust, making me much comfortable.

Size is good, enough for both nasals. Twist to open and just put salt and water inside, twist again to close, not leaking at all. It’s powerful yet very gentle pressure. It’s ideal for daily use. It replaces my manual one. Good quality and easy to clean.
