Really researched this product and scientifically believed and was happy with the description for this helping my issues however when I received the item it had a really bad taste and I noticed that it made me very awake and could not sleep that night racy it seemed that there's maybe B12 in it a lot of wish that I felt safe using it again but not really sure what the actual ingredient is so I'm hesitant to try this product again.

This product really help me to control my appetite. I take it after my lunch and is really helpful. Is better with a subscription because is really expensive
