It's nice to have different levels of resistance. Each ring has two different levels of resistance. I think it's really helped my finger and overall grip strength for sports.

All 9 items were in the box, and in new condition. I enjoyed working with them. Two sets of finger exercisers means you can work both hands at the same time, shortening your rehab session. The doughnuts have two weight levels, depending on how you orient them, increasing their usefulness. But, oh that smell! I had all of them in front of me when I used some of them. The chemical odor was nasty. Edit: I revised my initial low rating because the seller was quick to clearly communicate, and satisfactorily worked to resolve this situation.
