Love it, easy to use, soft, very comfy on the face. If you have a few knee problems like me it’s good for washing your legs and ankles. It’s not too heavy however get a stronger shower hook. Also so easy to scrub your back with, I’ve had this for maybe 5months the battery just died before I even had to charge it.100% worth it

The product doesn’t work. Followed the instructions step my step for installing and charging. The product has never worked. Charged it for 24 hours, then read all the videos and reviews I can find to see if I was doing something wrong. Still nothing.

The device works well, the only drawback is that it is very heavy and tires the hand when you are using it in the shower and holding it with both hands is uncomfortable, also that it is quite difficult to remove the different brushes, you have to make an impressive force to do it and even more adding that you want to do it in the shower and you have wet hands. I think the product would improve a lot if they made it more ergonomic for the user, this product is supposed to make your work in the shower easier, but with these disadvantages it makes it a more difficult job and makes you want to keep using your hand to scrub or a common brush.

It took me forever to insert the brush. The instructions are vague and not helpful. If I ever needed to buy another one, it would be a different one.

This was a beautiful said of items, but I have had carpal tunnel syndrome for over 20 years and had four surgeries for my hands and I really couldn’t maneuver the tools very well because they are heavy. I felt sorry, but I had to return it I knew as soon as I started to lift them out of the box that this was not the set for me, but it might be for you.

Works great has really strong battery so it really scrubs for a long time with a single charge at the same strength. Great for people with dry skin like diabetics.
