I take these everyday. I just love how they are packaged into little individual baggies. If I am in a rush in the morning, I can just throw one into my bag and take it later. It makes getting your daily vitamins easy and convenient.

Love these vitamins. This is for your skin and your body. I feel better since I have been taking these. They are easy to swallow and the ease of the packets.

This has the basics you need to add a little nutritional boost with a focus on skin and bone health with a focus on vitamin basics and some antioxidants. Those who are older might still want to add a bit more collagen (you need more as you age). The packets are great so you don't need a pill box to keep all the supplements organized.So what's not to love?Since supplements are supplemental, I think about what other ingredients are included. This has titanium dioxide. The EU banned titanium dioxide (against the wishes of the US) as a food additive because the EU isn't comfortable calling it safe to eat. It should be noted that the EU is an outlier in its ban, and other countries continue to allow it as a food additive. You can search pubmed for gut and titanium dioxide to decide for yourself (or "inrae" titanium dioxide for a layperson explanation). Note that food grade titanium dioxide is not considered a nanoparticle even though it has been shown to have nanoparticle content.In the US, it's in everything from candy to medicine, so some might feel that the small amount in a supplement is fine. Amazing product ! My skin is much better

This was so easy to stick with for a whole month. All of the supplements are in a packet, which makes it easy to take them. I noticed around the middle of the month that I was looking healthier than usual. I don’t live the healthiest lifestyle, I do like skincare but I could be eating a lot better, so I think it made a big impact. My skin was looking brighter and more even, my hair seemed to look livelier than usual, and my nails seemed stronger. These are really high quality supplements, especially the collagen. It is worth the price tag if you can afford it.

Couldn't be any easier to take! Although 5 pills is still more than I normally take any given day, having them all in sealed travel-friendly packs is quite convenient.Cute that they're all different colors with the "functions" labeled on the boxNot sure if there's a way to really figure out what exactly is in each pill though so if you wanted to opt out of one it might be not that easy

Effectiveness is still TBD.These aren’t readily available so shipping does take a bit. I have these in subscription and it doesn’t come in before you’re done at 30 days. Stock up so you have a backup box in case these get held up in customs again.
