Arrived next day as promised. Nice long lead. Previous cable stopped working and this has solved the issue immediately, so very happy.

My Dell power cable had given up working out of the blue and left me in a mess. I ordered this one at 10 pm and got it the next day at 10 am!Was down to 12% battery so what a relief when it felt great quality and instantly started to recharge the laptop.There is a light on the charger itself so you know when it is receiving power which is useful. Branded Dell as well so very pleased indeed.

My normal Dell charger died so I bought a replacement (Dell original) and my laptop refused to recognise it to charge the battery. I tried the various tricks suggested on forums (it's quite a common problem) with no luck. Plugged this into the Thunderbolt port and battery now charges again!

I still dont understand why this item is not tested before sending to me. I bought it through Amazon inorder to receive it quickly with a next day delivery, because i needed it urgently. But i am disppointed and on top i am charged for returning this item, what a shame.Quick question to Amazon: if the sender sells faulty items and waste customer's time and ruturns postage money, what is your role in this?

Works oK and wattage ok.The on-light is at the battery part and not at the closest part to the laptop.

Bought for a latitude 3390 2 in 1 as the original one wasnt working too well. Went for USB-C just in case if it was the charging port.Worked as described, arrived promptly and well packed.
