I love this fitness tracker, and the customer support is exceptional! I tried more than a handful of fitness trackers, and fell in love with this one. I really liked that I had a choice of dials, so I picked one where I could see the time, date, day of the week, weather, my steps, and battery level. I loved that the dial was much larger than the more expensive and more complicated Fitbit, yet it still fit nicely on my small female wrist. I love how you can adjust the brightness to so many levels, but what sinched the deal for me was the way I could push the sport of my choice to track my steps, calories burned, and heart rate. For example, I track aerobics, barre, mixed cardio, and folk dance classes, in addition to weight training. All this and much more from a relatively inexpensive fitness tracker. I just love this watch so much, but the band broke off after only 4 months of normal use. That's when I contacted the product's Customer Service folks via email, along with my photos of how the band broke with pieces of the watch inside it. Customer Service offered to send me a replacement free of charge. It arrived very quickly from the company. After that, I had many questions and customer service would respond within 24 hours with a solution for me. (Unfortunately, you can't call them, but their responses always included diagrams and steps that worked for me.) There are even many functions I don't use on this watch. I'm very impressed with the phone app too! I like to track my sleep every day, and today I found a diagram that broke down my outside walk into how many minutes were fat-burning, aerobic, anaerobic, etc. I think this watch is worth its weight in gold!

I really love that I can now get important (to me) health info immediately! I have oxygen issues, so now don't have to carry my oximeter with me because everything I need is on my wrist. It was easy to get it set up and paired with my phone. I get a sleep report on my phone every day. To make sure that the info it gave was correct, I compared the two readings from my oximeter with the ones given and they matched. I know the range my blood pressure is normally, and that, too, is right on the money. Charging is fast and easy. It's great that I don't have to hunt for batteries but just attach it to the supplied charging cord. At first the display was too bright, but dimming it was easy. There is a settings function. I am so happy that I purchased this.

I encountered an issue, and they provided quick and effective assistance, resolving the problem very rapidly.The device itself is quite good, offering features comparable to more expensive alternatives. While it has a set of core functions, you can personalize the features and the order of screens directly within the device's settings, without needing the companion app. I found the oxygen and pulse readings to be consistent with my other wrist meter device. Although I couldn't verify the blood pressure feature, the step count, calorie tracking, sleep monitoring, and travel distance all appear to function accurately.For data synchronization, the device connects via Bluetooth to its dedicated app. Please note that synchronization can take a moment; it's not instantaneous. The app also offers the convenient option to share your data with native Apple Health and Android health apps if you prefer.The device features a sharp, clear OLED screen. Through the companion app, you can select various watch faces that display your most recent data readings. I've configured mine for continuous monitoring, which does consume more battery, but you can also opt for manual readings as needed. Additionally, it includes several pre-set sport functions.Other notable features include customizable phone notifications, call alerts, and remote control for music applications. Overall, it's a decent device at a good price. It's important to understand that this is not a smartwatch where you can load additional apps. If you require more advanced features or app compatibility, you might want to explore other options within their line of smartwatches or bands.

Starting my fitness journey I was looking at a watch to keep track of all the things. I debated buying a Fitbit but so glad I got this instead. I’ve had Apple Watch and honestly I felt it doesn’t keep accurate steps and Fitbit does ALL the things but both have quite the price tag. Found this little handy dandy watch and I was super surprised. It does EVERYTHING!!!!It logs everything I could even imagine and more. Blood pressure, heart rate, steps, calories burned, shows my notifications, sleep tracker, menstrual tracker, the list going on.Why not save yourself $100 buying a fancy Fitbit for the name when this doesn’t EVERYTHING and in my opinion seemed to be a little more accurate then the high priced smart watches. So glad I found this.

I’ve wanted to track steps and sleep for a while, decided on this bc of price point. Very satisfied with step counter and sleep tracker. Added bonus of being able to text and check blood pressure. In the 2 weeks I’ve had it I have had trouble connecting to Bluetooth once ( rebooted phone) and I realized it won’tWork on tattooed skin ( luckily I have an ink free space on the upper side of my inner wrist). Loving this item for its easy to use features! Can’t wait to use it diving!

Exceptional watch & perfect fit for smaller wrists! I bought it for my 10yr old for his birthday & he loves it! Battery life has lasted for days. It seems to be accurate on step count but I haven't compared it with my smart watch. He loves the multiple fitness sports options on it & it has motivated him to get his steps in, which is a major mom-win for me.
