Rambling Down the Suir Paperback – 1 May 2009

Whether or not you are associated with the Suir, this is really a very well written book and a great read. I have an association with the river as I am from Carrick-on-Suir. I never realised the depth of history in the area and being an exile I now long to go back and investigated much of the hidden gems Michael has uncovered. I must also say that his writing style is excellent . He is a great story teller and the book is difficult to put down.
