Great Cookbook! Healthy Foods that taste great...
I was originally introduced to the Body Ecology Diet book about 10 years ago. I have tried to go on the diet a few times over the years with limited success. I found it very difficult to know what to eat...I'm not that creative in the kitchen. My daughter and I have now been on the diet going on 4 weeks and we are doing great. This wonderful cookbook has made all the difference for us. As soon as it came in the mail, we went through it and made a list of all the recipes that looked appealing and have made weekly menus from that list, rotating to new recipes. There has really only been 1 that we wouldn't do again, everything is so tasty and satisfying.We are so excited. I have struggled with my weight most of my adult life (I'm 51), dieting in the Spring to gain it all back in the Fall and Winter. I have lost about 12 lbs and 16 inches and I feel great. I think this is something I can do longterm! My 19 year old daughter suffers with symptoms of candidiasis. She is enjoying this as well and we are hopeful that it will provide some relief as we continue.This book is also easy to use. It is spiral bound and lays flat...such a simple thing but makes all the difference...no fighting to keep it open to the page you need. I highly recommend this cookbook.

Great recipes book! Fun recipes and very delicious. I have been forced to eat this way in my healing phase and have felt SO MUCH BETTER eating the Body Ecology way than any other diet out there. Tried Candida diet, Paleo, and a few others, but the HEALING that takes place with this diet....SO WORTH IT!

LOVE this cookbook . . . BUT
. . . it doesn't have an index which makes it harder to use. I've sent Body Ecology an email asking if it was a publishing error or if it just doesn't have one and I'm waiting to hear back. Otherwise, I LOVE the recipes!

Great cookbook!
This cookbook makes a lot of sense. I made a couple of the fermented vegetable recipes so I could have variety with meals. I made the red cabbage and dill recipes. They really are amazing. I think a lot of people would benefit from these recipes and eating healthier.

I have substantially better energy, better mood
After only 1 week following Donna's suggested way of eating, I have substantially better energy, better mood, and less pain. And I've dropped a few pounds already without counting calories or points. Proper food combining along with fermented foods/liquids is the missing link I've been searching for.

Recipes for health
Recommendations for food combinations and preparations such as soaking seeds and nuts are very well explained. Lots of good recipes and they are classified by groups, salads, soups, desserts etc.
