Works as Advertised
This belt helps me manage during the day. I felt a difference without it. The pain is still stere, but so much less. I also used it some nights to sleep with. It moves a bit to the waist line during the night, but I was able to fall asleep.

Comfortable To Wear All Day
Bought this for my piriformis syndrome that I currently am doing therapy for. While walking out dog I noticed if I put a little pressure on my hip the pain went away. I thought there must be something that could do that on an ongoing basis. This belt works great as you can adjust the pressure it puts on your hips on both sides. I wear it both for my walks and golf and have found I can wear it all day. It is also great for keeping a cold pack against the hip. I like that it is easy to put on, stays in place, and a great price.

Great SI support, way too wide
I have used a couple SI belts over the years, especially during pregnancy. They help so much with hip pain! This one was helpful but was quite a bit wider than other ones I have used. It makes it uncomfortable on the front where it rubs the underside of my pregnant belly. If I was not pregnant this would not be much of an issue, as you are supposed to wear it fairly low (at the trochanter level on your femurs) but with a protruding and low belly it would be much more comfortable if it was an inch thinner on the front.

Supportive, comfortable and easy to use
I have had it only for 10 days. The belt was recommended by my physical therapist to support my lower back. I can feel the support. The Velcro makes it easy to get on and off, tightening the two bands for support. With longer tops, the belt is not visible and the black color blends in over jeans and dark pants.

Not enough Velcro
I purchased other belts before and they worked fine and had it for a few years. I would use the belt when I had sciatica pain. This belt purchased a month ago and the Velcro would not stick well. Not enough Velcro strip like the other one. So I returned it!
