This chair is great and came a few days earlier that expected which I appreciate. It looks nice and as expected. The color is exactly what it looks like in the photos and I was able to assemble it on my own in about 30 minutes. The parts to assemble are included as well as a hex wrench that has a handle that makes using it a breeze. It fits in your hand in a natural way. There are even "spare parts" which include one extra of each part which is also nice. It is very comfortable to sit in and has good back support. I would purchase again and will if I need another office chair. It's not the most expensive office chair and not the cheapest, it is a good solid middle of the road chair that seems worth the price to me.

I'm 5'11, 250lbs. I have some minor lower back issues. I've sat for long hours on both gaming (imaginary racing seat) style as well as executive style chairs at my various computer spots. I was looking for something which was lighter than executive, but sill have good support. I like my overall support to be firmer (not mushy), and have lower back support, recline or rock backward a bit when desired. This chair fit the bill well, and at a great price. I find the chair well made, especially for the price. I could live without the diamond pattern, but it happens to match the pattern on a couch I inherited. :) So win. I love the chair. It's easy to move around. It's light enough. It's comfortable. I also like the the back is lower. However, if you are looking to rest your head back and relax, this wouldn't be the pick. Having come from those styles, I prefer this over those. The arms flipping up is fantastic. When down they feel solid. The overall seat does flex a little side to side. This is not alarming to me, although I wish it was more solid. I wouldn't say this would hold up to a ton of abuse (plopping harshly into it, on the regular). But, haveing used it for a few months, I think it's well made for it's class. The height adjustment is problem free. I bought 2 of these in one order.Assembly: I almost sent it back. The bracket for the arms did not line up with threaded holes in the upholstered seat. My heart sank, as I spent a long time picking out chairs online. My first thought was send it back. Then I saw the other side lined up OK. I thought on it a bit and determined that the metal frame inside must have been dropped at the factory and thus bent the threaded feature out of position. I got a sturdy grade 5 bolt from the garage of same thread (M8 I think). I threaded it into the misaligned hole, and leveraged it back into place with pliers. After this 'adjustment' I got the 1st chair together, and used the supplied bolts. I didn't use the supplied bolt to bend hole back, since I feared the bolt might get damaged. So, WIN! I love the chairs. The 2nd chair had no alignment issues at all. The swivel wheels have c-clips on the shaft that compress when inserting the wheel shaft into the holes. In a few wheels, they seemed to pull out of the holes easily. So. I spread the c-clips out a bit, to allow them to expand more when installed. I ended up doing this to all the wheels. All said and done, I'm very happy with these chairs. The finish is also very nice. The faux leather seems on the firmer side as well, and I hope will be much less likely to flake and peel, as my other chairs have over time. I highly recommend this (these). They fit what I was looking for perfectly. I hope this helps!

I just put my chair together alone in 30 minutes. I am a single senior woman and I had zero problems. The instructions are great, the screw openings fit together perfectly in each piece, there are even extra parts included. The hex screwdriver is wonderful and it will be in my toolbox forever. The chair is sturdy, well-made, very good looking and comfortable. The size is great, it doesn't overpower the room and is perfect for me at 5'4". I couldn't be more pleased.

Great chair, Great price. My son put this together in about 1/2 an hour. I really like the fact that you can flip up the arms, so it slides under the desk. A great space saver. Comfortable, and stylish. I also like that it "tilts" a little back.

This office chair is amazing! It's perfect for my office or study. The thick, soft seat and carefully designed backrest effectively relieve back pain from prolonged sitting. This is a nice quality chair for a short person like me. I'm 5'2. I really like that the arms fold up. I wish the lumbar was a bit better so that is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It rolls smoothly and was easy to put together.
