Quiet fan that gives a nice gentle breeze
This was bought for a co-worker that has to sit at a desk all day and gets occasional hot flashes. She loves it, says it is not loud at all (can't even hear it with all the other noise going on) and is easy to turn off and on (touch for low, then again for high, then again for off). No switches to mess with, never has to unplug it, small enough to not be in the way.It is used all the time for the past 6 months and still works fineupdate: over 2 years of constant use and it is still working.Final update: Bought in July 2018, dies October 2020. This is with almost constant use, literally 24/7.The fans started slowing down about a month ago, and over the past few days sometimes will not start up.Ordered an identical replacement since this worked so well.

Air Where You Want It!
Very nice, compact, personal fan. I purchased mine for traveling, but ended up using it all the time on my desk! Small package with reasonable CFMs for a fan this size. Double motor/fans increase air speed at low, ultra-quiet speed.. The attractive contemporary styling does a great job of directing the air in a more focused flow than ordinary, cage or box fans. Touch operation is extremely convenient and eliminates a mechanical switch that may malfunction or wear with use. Simply touch the unit and you can select one of two speeds. High speed produces a bit more sones, but can be worth it for the great air flow. It's compact size makes it great for travel as well! After many disappointments with bedside fans, this may be the one!

Works as expected ... maybe a little better !
So to start with I ordered this yesterday afternoon. It was waiting for me on my porch at just past 8:00 this morning ! Nice work on that, Amazon. The Fan was a bit heavier than I expected, but that's good. It's about as large as I expected but that is okay too. I wish the cord was a bit longer, but I made it work. Right now I have it on its lower setting (it has 2) and its whisper quiet. Just a light hum. If I turn it up it does get louder, but not disturbingly so. It might be a nuisance on a conference call, but at any other time it would be fine. It is pretty close to me as well. If I put it farther away, it may not be as noticeable. It moves a decent amount of air on the low setting. Enough that I can feel it and it is quite pleasant. At the higher setting it has a bit more Oomph ! Which was surprising for a fan this size that is only powered via USB. I assume that's why it has the 2 internal fans for the turbo effect. As for the operation, you just plug it in. It has no mechanical switch, its just touch sensitive. The 1st turns it on at low, the 2nd,raises it to high. the 3rd turns it off. Simple. All in all I'd say its a pretty good value. I will have to see if it holds up to the daily use I intend to put it thru. Updates to come ...

It's a USB fan. It blows. What's not to like? Recommended.
The Aikoper (what a name) desk fan delivers as promised. Like most dual-fan USB devices, it produces a decent stream of air and some pleasant white noise, but nothing too obtrusive. The fan is plug and play so no drivers or other software is needed. The touch-sensitive speed control built into the aluminum base works nicely. Having had other USB fans in the past I am guessing that with eight to ten hours of use per day the device will crap out in about a year. The cheap Chinese motors and bearing are not really intended for extended use in my view. But for the price, you shouldn't expect too much in terms of longevity.

Speed/Power Indicater
First let me start off by saying the fan works great and as intented/advertised. I bought this fan for my desk and I love it.... except one thing. The fan is touch sensitive, the base of the fan controls the power and speed levels, again that is a great feature. What I am having an issue with is the touch indicator doesnt always work. If you have dry fingers or slightly dry, sometimes a slight touch doesnt activate the power. You have to almost press hard on it for it to read occasionally. This i can get used to, but in order to turn the fan off you have the cycle through all the speed levels before turning off, with the fan being quiet and the touch sensitive base sometimes not recognizing the touch, i seem to be going past power and keep cycling though speeds until eventually i can guess if it turned off. It has turned into a game, when all i want to do is turn the fan off when i leave my desk, i end up playing what speed is the fan on? is it off? and sometimes i win

Tiny and perfect for a desk but puts out a lot of airflow with very little sound!
I'll start out by saying it's not "silent" but it is quiet. I work in a small office in close confines to my colleagues and this thing has been perfect! I have a fairly crowded desk at any given moment but this thing found a perfect spot on my desk and plugs into the USB on the back of my monitor. My office goes from freezing cold to hot and stuffy because the central air is shared throughout the whole building where the temperature is different in each suite so there's no controlling the AC or air circulation in our specific office. I was getting sweaty hands but it would be too cold to take off my sweatshirt because of the stuffy air. This little fan circulates just enough air on low that the sound is minimal while also keeping me dry. I haven't needed to run it on high but the high mode pumps out quite a bit of air for how tiny this thing is!It's not going to circulate a bedroom or office but it will give you some fresh air circulating around you in a small workspace if it's aimed directly toward you. I have it aimed at my mouse and keyboard on low and my comfort level went from pretty hot and miserable to literally perfect. Best money I've spent under $20 in a long long time (if you don't count coffee). Would definitely buy it again and would highly recommend it to anyone that needs some air circulation at their desk!

serves its purpose well.
small size. good CFM's. enclosed unit. touch base is cool. works on all my USB ports. just be carful of interference with the base. my desk is metal and when on the metal desk the fan will not turn on. I cut a small piece of cardboard and put it between the base of the fan and my desk. works fine. anyone complaining this fan does not produce enough air needs a bigger fan that runs off a wall outlet. this fan does exactly what its supposed to do with the small power source it plugs into.

Cheap
Fan was delivered in a poorly packaged paper envelope that was opened and the packaging didn't survive the trip. However, the fan itself was not damaged or looked like new, so I kept it.After about a month of use, it started making a rattling noise if it wasn't rested on a horizontal surface. Half a month later, it's now making the annoying rattling noise even when rested on a horizontal surface. So, all in all, my recommendation for others is to avoid this fan. It's poorly designed and the quality is also very bad.

Bit lacking.
Better options out there. This one has clicking noise and not much airflow.
