Very lightweight help.
I have been struggling with knee pain for months. It is a slow healing process. These supports are very thin and work for helping to stabilize my alignment while also serving as a gentle reminder that if I try to do too much, I’m going to hurt. Be aware these are NOT the medical grade tapes a physical therapist uses and they will not restrict any movement. If you have mild discomfort and are pretty far along in the healing process, they do the job. I do not recommend if your pain/injury is new, or causes severe discomfort. They stay stuck pretty well on clean, dry skin. No experience with stick-ability on hairy areas. Take care and kindness matters.

Great purchase, will buy again!
Perfect for my teenager to use for her knee without having to cut pieces. Easy to place and also stays in place. She says she feels supported and it works well. Removes easier than other k tapes in the past. Will continue to purchase.

This tape does help
The concept of this tape is a great idea. The functionality was a little off as the bottom tape on the knee has no stretch. No skin irritation the value of cost was good. The ease-of-use was good. It definitely helped with the pain relief however, after the application, it did not stick very well. I’ve been using these types of tapes for a very long time, and I always wash my area with rubbing alcohol. Even using that this tape still did not stick well. I do recommend it but it’s not a long-term solution meaning three or four days, which is typically what I use with KT tape.

Good product, but the adhesive doesn’t stay for too long
We bought this product to use for my daughter‘s knee after she dislocated her knee. It helps to ease the pain while she dances, but the adhesive does become unattached after about two hours of dancing.

The athletic tape black sucks. It does not stick. It does not stay on your leg. It rolls completely off when I first brought it last summer The tape stuck nicely. It did not come off it sealed it helped me to walk now the tape sucks the black tape and a blue tape are horrible. They do not stick. It’s a waste of my money

Works well.
It helps a lot of stabilize my knee. It’s not perfect sometimes it can slip if your skin is damp.

I’ve tried a lot of kinesiology tapes, but the IEADEN pre-cut knee tape is one of the most convenient and effective ones I’ve used. Since it’s pre-cut specifically for the knee, it saves so much time, no measuring or trimming needed. The zonal peel design makes it really easy to apply, and it fits perfectly around the knee for great support and stability during workouts or runs. It stays in place well, even through sweat, and gives my knee that extra reinforcement to prevent strain or discomfort. I also appreciate how breathable and skin-friendly it is, the cotton material feels soft, and it doesn’t irritate or leave any sticky residue when removed. Overall, it’s a high-quality, comfortable, and reliable tape that really helps keep me moving with confidence.

My physiotherapist used this tape on my knee after surgery and when it wouldn't stop popping out of place and this was very helpful when I needed to do my knee exercises or walk a lot. I've always wanted to be able to recreate this but you're not supposed to use the tape unless you know what you're doing. These pre cut Kinesiology tapes allow you to use it yourself. Photo 1 and 2 show the package it comes in and the instructions which come for different joints but the package is only for a specific joint so make sure you buy the right one. Photo 3 shows how the tape comes. There are 10 pcs. I used one today to test but plan to use in future for when my knee is sliding out of place and/or when I am doing a lot of movement like going to a Girl Guide camp. I especially wasn't sure if it would fit my knee as I have a LARGE knee/thigh area. It was easy to put on although I have it a little wrong. Now I know for the next time. Photo 4/5 shows it fitting mostly on my big knee. Next time I know to put parts that go on my thigh straight up a bit and THEN stretch to the side in a criss cross. Practice helps. Wearing it all day I'd say it made me more aware of my knee (not necessarily good) but it also feels more steady and hasn't slid out of place at all which is usually does. I think these will be helpful for certain circumstances.

Kinesiology tapes target specific muscles are difficult to make yourself without proper templates. These tapes take the hassle out of that. When applied properly, it works great. I was concerned about the adhesive irritating my skin, but it seems fine. It provides superior support when compared to a generic knee tensor bandage. The trade off is that it's disposable, so I only use it when I really need it.

I've been using kinesiology tape (including for knees) for years now, and I was curious to see how much easier it was to use precut tape. Turns out... not much easier. I found it difficult to remove the backing (it tore in places and I was left with bits of backing that were difficult to remove, especially when you try not to touch the adhesive (the more you touch it the less it will stick). Instructions are thankfully provided, and, btw, they also show you can use the same precut pieces for a shoulder! Even though I have experience with kinesiology tape, I needed the instructions! The images and text is very small though, it would've been even more helpful if they were easier to read. It's of course harder the first time to figure out exactly where to put it (as you can see in the pictures, I started a bit too high and would've been better if I had put the piece maybe an inch or 2 lower below my knee. I also wasn't centered. Like with all kinesiology tape, if you mess up when putting the tape, you can't start over, as it won't stick anymore (or very little). In some places it was coming off even though I was mostly sitting and it was applied well. I put one end of the tape behind the knee to see if it would stick well or not, but it didn't. Yet it mostly stuck ok, so I'm not removing a star for that. Overall, it works alright, but I don't feel it's worth the price. One might think it's easier than using regular kinesiology tape or regular precut lengths, but using this precut shape isn't really easier: no matter which one it is, you need to figure out how to apply it (tension, curving) and that could be achieved with an online instruction video and any kinesiology tape.

This product didn’t work for me. I have used KT tape for years for various reasons I was intrigued by the idea of used the customized shapes instead of applying it piece by piece as you do with the strips. The problem with this tape started with the instructions. They are brief in the extreme and the drawings are not much help. There isn’t even a kneecap drawn on the leg to indicate whether the anchor piece (the horizontal part) is supposed to sit below the kneecap or slightly over it. It matters. The instructions also just say to stretch the vertical pieces and stick them down on the thigh on the opposite side. But the instructions don’t tell you how much to stretch the tape. Is it 100% eg: as far as it will go? Or should you take it back to a 50% stretch or even 25%? That also matters. What also surprised me was that there was absolutely no information provided on what kind of injury the product was useful for and whether that would then affect the application instructions. The next issue is that the tape just doesn’t stick or hold up to the friction of having clothes rub up against it. I just wore it doing chores around the house and it started peeling and catching on the inside of my track pants. I have worn other similar products that lasted 3 days of playing in a hockey tournament and didn’t come off until I peeled it off in the shower. Wish it had’ve worked for me. Good idea but just didn’t perform as expected.
