– USB Speakerphone - Bluetooth Conference Microphone Speaker - Portable for Home Office

I never realised how much I needed a device like this until I started using it, and now, I can’t imagine working without it. The AIRHUG USB Speakerphone has quickly become an essential tool for my daily routine. From writing reports and emails to dictating essays, this Bluetooth speaker has transformed how I work, thanks to its clear audio quality and impressive voice recognition. The talk-to-text feature is incredibly accurate, and paired with this speaker, it makes the process of dictating so much smoother than using a built-in or small USB microphone. What really sets it apart is the fact that it’s cordless, which gives me much-needed freedom to move around my workspace without being tethered to a desk or computer. The USB-C charging is an added convenience, and I love that I don't have to worry about replacing batteries or finding a charger constantly. The battery life is fantastic – it seems to last forever, even after hours of use. Have used on Android phones and tablet and a Dell PC since purchasing. Friends from overseas always use their phones to vid conf us and the sound is appalling, often unintelligible. We can never get the volume loud enough either. This has been a game changer for us. All calls, both vid and straight phone are nice and clear. The bass is nicely balanced so the voice coming in doesn't get burbled or rolled over by the bass but also rounds it out so it has a closer to real speech timbre. The high end stuff has barely any hiss or sibilance, even when someone is close to their phone mic and being quite 'breathy' on the call. We've got it connected to a lot of devices. Connection is snappy for us. People complain about the 'power on' and 'power off' alert but this hasn't annoyed us one bit. At the time of writing we've only had a few months with it but it has resulted in a lot of bang for buck for us. Will be using on holiday as a speaker for playing content from the tablet too.

Fantastic product and so easy to use - just plug and play. Sound quality is great for such a compact speakerphone. Use for work meetings and 1 speaker will be sufficient for 8-10 people around a table.

Worked great for a week. Bought it to use when agile working at home. Now it doesn't work properly. People can hear me no problem. I can hear it ringing out and when someone rings me. But the moment I answer a call or they answer, I hear nothing. Checked my settings and all ok. Speaker stops working the moment a call is connected. The microphone is working because the person at the other end can still hear me.

Not a bad item, it does what i need it for. Sound is a bit naff but its usable.

I've used the 'AV Access A5' for about 3 years and been very happy with it. The only issue was I had to manually turn on bluetooth, then manually connect to it. Fine for a conference room, but not so much for home office where you want to just power it on and take a call. I've tried and returned about three other conference speakers in the last couple of weeks in search of an 'upgrade'. 2 were too loud (the minimum volume too loud to be sat next to) and the other with a single mic wasn't good enough quality. This Airhug is also a single mic, but it doesn't suffer from quality issues. The mic is to the top-left, away from me, but it still picks my voice up with clarity. I was also concerned about the 'Acoustic Signal' announcing 'power on' and 'bluetooth connected' etc, but a) it's not excessively loud and b) you can disable it as documented in the manual '4.5 ... the acoustic signal can be shut down or turned on manually, please long press [for 3 seconds] the call button'. On the volume, the Airhug still is too loud at it's minimum setting, HOWEVER, it's volume is independent of the volume of Windows. When it connects, Windows adjusts the volume to maximum automatically, but it is just a click to reduce the Windows volume to 50/30%, this then leaves the range of volume available to me using the Airhug volume buttons to be just what I need. It sounds great also for it's intended purpose, which is for voices to be clear. Those I've returned might sound better for music, but for voice, they suffered by making voices too boomy (in the bass) to be comfortable to listen to. The Airhug is just what I needed. It does unfortunately pick up clicks and typing, and this should score against it, but in practice, when using Teams, Teams filters out these noises for you.

Simple to use, mic pics up speech well and the sound quality is great for the size. Perfect when traveling.

At first, it worked fine. Then over the course of a few weeks, people kept telling me that I kept dropping out and when I looked at the device, it would flash red lights and return to green. Now, a month after the returns slot, it doesn't even power on at all. The two stars are for the nice design and quality of sound when it did work. Disappointed.

Its a very good product. Value for money. Good calling audio quality and noise cancelation. I would recommend this as a cheaper alternative to Jabra Speak 510 or AM-W45. I have them both. The only downside is music quality is not good. But thats a small tradeoff for the call quality, form factor and flexibility

Audio is a bit low. As we r using it in a noisy place, even with full volume, it is still bit low, but ok. We a r eusing usb connectivity, many times it needs a reset (unplug and replug) to use the connection. It connects quickly though. Overall good, bit expensive.

Easy to set up and use. No issues connecting. Perfect size and portable. Volume gets nice and loud. Mike picks up everything even if far-ish away. Purchased to enhance my Bible study bc we often have 1-2 people who can’t make it in person and want to join remote and just a phone on speaker or FaceTime was nottt cutting it for group discussion with people sitting all over a living room. This has been a high-quality and good value solution!
