For the money excellent, it would of course be nice to have it be a tad more stable but honestly for the money I can't complain

perfect for my space, easily installed and strong enough, very happy with it.

This floor-to-ceiling room divider is an alternative to the kind of folding room dividers that you always see (or don't see) people getting undressed behind in films. It requires you to provide the floor-to-ceiling curtain(s) to make up the divider, but as is its easy to assemble and disasemble for storage when not in use. The damaged-free design refers to the fact that no holes need to be drilled to fix the frame in position. This can be great if you want a non-permenant room divider or you are renting a place where the landlord has not provided curtain poles (and you don't want the hassle of buying them and fitting them).

I used this item to separate the staircase from the living room. It is easy to assemble, but some were hard to put together. The majority of elements in second package were really hard to assemble, while in the first package all went smoothly. I was thinking to send back, but decided no to, as I didn't need all the elements.But overall, it serves the purpose and it looks like a very stable.

This room divider consists when constructed of two floor to ceiling poles, which are held against the ceiling by spring loaded bars and a hanging pole that goes between the two.The instructions for putting this together were very simple and the product pages even helpfully adds a video showing how to do it with almost matching instructions as those enclosed. All the bars are in labelled bags and as a nice touch screw into adjacent bars for the main bars, which does seem to add strength to them.It is very easy to put this together. It doesn’t state whether the pressure the bars will put on the ceiling means it needs to be directly under joists but I have assumed that is the case. It probably only took about 10 minutes to put this together.Having put the three main parts together I haven’t yet decided where I would use it as I have three contenders; an outside covered area for privacy; as a secondary curtain in the main bedroom during the summer to allow light through the window but keep privacy or in the bathroom area. It’s a useful product to have around the home and the nature of how it is fixed means it is easily moved.What is another nice touch is that the dominant number of connecting bars are the same on both the support bars and the hanging bar, so for high ceilings you can use additional height and for lower ceilings you can add more width. To give maximum adjustability it also has two shorter bars that can be used and a bar where different holes can be used to get the right tension on the bar and the spring loaded bar which ensures a degree of give to match the ceiling height.When it is constructed the bars look sturdy and robust. I haven’t yet seen it with the curtains attached so will update if I have issues with it then.All in all very well thought out and a versatile product.

Pros:This is just right if you don't want to go through the headache of drilling into the wall or ceiling.I was sort of proud of myself putting it together; given I did it quite easily with instructions and a video they provided.The adjustable height and width are awesome, so it can fit rooms and ceiling heights of any size easily.Metal construction feels strong, and the rubber stoppers do a great job of protecting both ceiling and floor. It held heavier curtains without any problem.Whether you want to carve out some privacy in a shared space or maybe just need a stylish divider, it does the trick. I have used it in order to divide my foster room, and it did a great job.Cons:It's a bit pricey for something not having a curtain with it. There could be cheaper ones available for temporary purposes if one is on a tight budget.The assembled unit is heavyweight, so propping it up well is quite important to avoid stability issues.Verdict:I am quite happy with the turnout of this room divider curtain rod in my foster room. It is practical, stylish, and works well to section off the area without permanent fixtures. Other minor considerations would be in the cost and weight, but the quality and functionality make this very worth it to have a strong and adjustable solution.
