Lovely sofa exceeded my expectations. So comfy and well made was so excited to recieve the recliner is so comftable.Delivery guys were friendly and helpfull and was dispatched and recieved with two days all round brilliant service and veey happy with my new sofa.

Product really good quality, however knocked down by 2 stars because are not clear on the cost of unpacking and slotting it together which is £40. We declined but some may feel under pressure to do this.

Sofa nice but the driver asked to use the toilet so my wife said it up to of the stairs she then was think he been a while to find out he been going through our rooms upstairs lucky we have only just brought the place and haven't moved in yet.

Excellent quality. Ordered on a Saturday evening and I had it delivered on the Monday morning. The guys were very polite and helpful. Paid an extra £20 for them to assemble it and put it where I wanted it going. Bigger than I was expecting but well worth the money.

Absolutely great ordered and was here within 24 hours great communication driver was a bit rude and abrupt but other than that am happy with the sofa

Nice sofa but delivery driver charged me for 1 flight of stairs and to be put together which didn't say before hand. Also wanted my passport and I am sure he sneeked a picture of it while the other was talking (distracting) me

Absolutely fab service and we just loved the sofa . Came the following day . £20 to unpack and put together .
