Arrived in March of 2025.Well built, loved it.In August of 2025, the left side control stopped working, then the left side burner stopped working.Wouldn’t buy it again.

Not happy. Came dented but it was the last piece to install so I had already put the grill together. I tried to get a hold of but it was impossible. Not happy.

I purchasedthe 36" model and within 1 year the paint us bubbling. After 8 emails and almost 4 weeks to do these emails (very slow response time from Loco), I was told the paint is not warrantied. You would think they would know that in the 1st email. I guess I kept answering the question correctly and finally they just decided to tell me I was SOL. I did expect better and faster customer support.I asked to get the one piece replace or the entire unit. I was surprised they are so petty to even replace the one part that was obviously piss poorly painted.
