So excited to put this together with my kid
This is a Christmas gift for myself and my son so we haven’t put it together yet. I did open it up and check it out though. The pieces are compatible with the major brand. The price is great for how large this build is. You can’t get anything from the major brand in this size for this price. The instructions are clear and easy to read. I am going to have a lot of fun putting this together and my emergency vehicle obsessed kid is going to have so much fun playing with it. I would say the 6 and up age range is realistic. My kid is 4 so I will be doing the building with him. I looked at the pieces inside the bags and they look to be high quality without any obvious issues. I will know more once we put it together.

Great quality
This was such a great build! Instructions aren't fantastic but if you're a real Lego builder, you'll figure it out. There's enough lights to hit all rooms and you can hold them up with any Lego pieces you already have in your home. This has so many cool pieces and my kids and I love the addition to our collection.

Good quality and fun
Fun to build. Lots of little bags but easy to figure out. It had lights also which I wasn’t expecting.

Spend your money on another brand
Save your money and put it towards another brand. Parts missing, Plus pieces should be uniform and fit together, but this one doesn't. I can't figure how they designed it so that when attaching some pieces it causes already assembled sections to come apart.

Nice set for the money
This is a unique set. It was fun to put together . Still finding a good way to put the light set in. But it looks good without them too. I ordered a second set as a gift.

Lego Fanatic POV: 8/10 (some errors)
The overall idea of this build was excellent because it comes fully loaded with details and all pieces are accounted for. However, the execution is poor. Many of the pieces are slack and don’t fit snug enough. Because the structure is majority vertical over horizontal, it relies strongly on having foundational supportive beams, which it does not have. I had to use over a dozen LEGO pieces of my own to make the structure more supportive. By the time I got to the 3rd floor and roof, the build was so shaky and I needed help to hold it steady. If the company included long connector boards to hold the weight of each floor than it would an exceed a 10 star rating. No need for the lights because there is no designated spot to place them. It is expected to be scattered through the build at the end which I think looks tacky. Overall, for the price, the build is overall a 8/10 for me because of its thoughtful design, attention to detail, great price, LEGO size compatibility, and accountability of pieces, however the pieces are slack and a lack of a strong foundation leads to a weak build.

Great set!
This is a great Lego dupe. We had all pieces and my 10 year old put it together over a couple days. She LOVED this set and felt it was just as good as similar brands!

I had so much fun putting this together and then modifying it to fit the Lego modular collection. I expanded the building to fit a standard base plate and added an emergency entrance for an ambulance. I gave this 4/5 stars because the original build is fragile and collapsed several times while I was building it. I had to reinforce it with my personal collection of Lego. Nonetheless, I had a lot of fun making it!
