Good set of hair and nail clippers for your pet but a bit pricey. I was slightly confused when they arrived as they were in box along with instructions for hair and beard trimmer so thought omg they sent me wrong product but no i think they must be same instructions as it just tells u how to change the comb bits. They are dog clippers as they have the picture of a dog on them and they have all the pet nail clippers and scissors underneath the electric clippers. They mean u wont have to be shelling out for the groomer each time as u can trim your dog whenever u want, the scissors are very good for around the eyebrows and the nail clippers will keep their nails from getting too long. The electric clippers are great as they are rechargeable so u can use cordless without the cable getting in the way. They are a bit expensive but u will recoup your money after a few uses versus going to groomers.

One of the scissors with jagged edge does not work at all. The shaver is useless as it does not shave all areas, especially the feet around the pads. We have not been able to do this at all. There is no explanation of any combs, how or what combs are used for what areas. The attachment of the combs to the blades is not always possible. The supplier feels everyone are experts in using the combs and have done courses on grooming, though this is not clearly for professional groomers. It is clearly for amateurs, people wishing to groom their own puppy or dog. My puppy is alright with the noise, after a few trials of just having it "on" near her. She is now only 4 months. Only areas that needed shaving are around her paws and paw pads, tail. This has not been done as it just is not possible to shave at all, nothing happens at all. Other areas we wanted to use scissors, which one is totally blunt and will not cut at all. The other is not very efficient either. We clearly need to buy just scissors. We will need to buy a new shaver soon as well. Please do not buy or test it as soon as you receive it. The window for our return was 5th October and today is 12th October 2020. Certainly not fit for purpose it has been sold for.

Because the groomers are shut during the pandemic, I, like a lot of other dog owners, have had to bite the bullet and attempt too clip out my dog myself.Apart from an instruction leaflet on how to assemble,clean and charge, there are no details on which combs to use so it was a bit of trial and error plus several YouTube videos. Luckily I have a very easy going Springer spaniel.I found the best was was to cut the long hair shorter before using the clippers as the blade quickly clogged up with hair so had to keep stopping and cleaning the blade. I guess practice makes perfect but will get him to the groomers as soon as they open.

The clippers were OK for the money. I was clipping my Mini Schnauzer. Batteries didn’t quite last for the full clip so plugged in for the last part.The scissors are rubbish. They wouldn’t cut paper let alone be sharp enough for the detail work you need on a dog. Clearly a set cobbled together by the seller. Get some clippers and then put some other poor quality cheap stuff in and call it a dog grooming kit !It did the job though and for the money was about what I expected.

I love this grooming set as does Pixie, it’s very low noise which helps her to sit still, a must for sensitive dogs. Clippers have various length settings and the scissors are top quality sharped steel, very impressed all round and an easy affordable price.

It never worked on my spitz. I had to resort to using my son's razor kit to complete grooming. I thought the problem was due to the thickness of my dog's fur so to prove a point I tried cutting my yorkshire terrier (who's fur is alot smoother & no where near as thick) - again, it never cut anything off his fur and so I had to use my son's razor to complete. I would not recommend.If I could return item I would but I don't think it is possible because of hygiene.

The blades don’t seem as sharp as my last ones. Seem to chew the hair instead of cutting.

This didn't come with all the accessories in the picture. Only the clipper and guards. On first use it was fine but drained quite quickly (after an hour of use) since then it doesn't seem to hold much charge it gets on low energy after maybe 5-10 mins of use. It will randomly rattle loudly. I'll probably have to get something else, this seems a bit too budget for medium or long term use!
