Magic powder
This is a fabulous product. I was able to quickly make a jar of cannabis powder. This is a quick and efficient, and allergen free way to medicate. I will be ordering the larger size bag soon.

Fun food science
I am having a lot of fun making powders, and this is a great size for experimenting. One recommendation I have is either be very careful when opening the pouch it comes in, or put it into another container. When I pulled open the pouch I got a poofy cloud of maltodextrin to the face. I put it in a blue glass jar with a screw lid and that worked much better for me.

Good for cooking and for whatever else you might have an interest in!
Believe it or not, my husband uses this product not for cooking, but for his experiments in macro-photography! I was puzzled to find it in our Shopping Cart, because I hadn't ordered any 'tapioca' product. Funny!
