a little gritty
I tried to mix this a few ways to avoid the gritty texture. If you are using this for cooking its not something that will be noticed. Not the most desirable texture when drinking though.

Creamy and holds together much better than homemade oat milk
A friend whose child has a lactose intolerance taught me to make oat milk by soaking (and stirring) oats in water last year, and I've been using her method every since. I had no idea that oat milk existed in powdered form, and was excited to try this. The SYMKEN Oat Milk Powder 17.6 Oz (500g) comes in a resealable package. The directions say to pair 2 Tablespoons with a "large glass" of water, by which I gather that the measurements are flexible and a little to taste. I made a glass of oat milk using the SYMKEN powder and separately a glass of oat milk from oatmeal as I have done in the past. I added them to equal volumes of water, stirred a few times, and sampled immediately, 30 minutes later, and after an overnight in the refrigerator (SYMKEN says to refrigerate reconstituted oat milk).I have never used an oat milk powder before, so I can't speak to the SYMKEN oat milk powder against other oat milk powders, but it really outshines the homemade oat milk, especially after a few hours. Where the oat milk from oats needs to be stirred before consumption, the SYMKEN oat milk stayed thick and oaty even overnight. It is also much thicker and richer than the oat milk made from oats.I was skeptical of why people would purchase it when oats are so much less expensive, but I've become a fan overnight. We'll be keeping a package of this on hand for cooking for our friends whose children have lactose allergies and intolerances, and while oat milk will never be confused with real milk, I actually find oat milk made form the SYMKEN powder really delicious. Recommend.

Nice milk alternative for coffee
I got this to use as a non dairy coffee creamer alternative. Mixing it into hot coffee it dissolved okay with a bit of stirring. It's not quite milk tasting but it works well enough for my use on days I've had too much dairy.

Great for coffee
This stuff is great for coffee. I pour my espresso over a bunch of ice which dilutes it a bit then put some of this oat milk power on. Using this over just regular oat milk makes my coffee much creamier as it doesn't dilute it down any further. I love the taste of coffee and it also help to make a nice strong cup of coffee in a smaller cup. Might not be the best value but for the added convenience and flavor it is worth it. Also lasts a lot longer than oat milk normally would. Highly recommended.

Good taste, mildly gritty
This Symken Oat Milk Powder is great for those who occasionally drink oat milk, so you can mix up a cup whenever you want. This is vegan, gluten free, non dairy, and soy free, which makes it great to have on hand in case you have a guest with dietary restrictions or preferences. While this is easy to make, and the taste is nice, it seems mildly gritty in texture.

Horrible
This was a horrible product, it was clumpy. You have to shake it once to be about to drink it and even then at time it shredded and left piece . Dont waste your money

Mixes well
This mixes well - which is so important for a powdered milk. This is so handy to have if you don't regularly need oatmilk, as it lasts longer in its powdered state. Love that the package is resealable.
