This is an excellent purchase if you are looking for a decent robot cleaner. This is perfect for homes with tiles and pets. Please note that you will have to clean the robot once in 3 days as it becomes dirty cleaning your house. The water needs to be filled and the dirty water tank emptied every second day. I have a 3 BHK apartment and it needs refilling of fresh water every alternate day. We use RO water only and it is advised to use RO water only for mopping and avoid tap water as it’s harsh and could contain contaminants.When they say it’s hands free cleaning, it is to certain extent but you have to service the robot and detangle hair from its brush every 3rd day. The mop washer board gets dirty as well and there is an option to clean it using the app, but you have to do it manually.Sometimes it neglects carpets and climbs on it and keeps mopping on it, inspite of having it set to avoid carpets in the settings.This is a work in progress and it continuously improves features and performance as you use it. The lidar and camera will create map of your home and will keep updating at every run.The good part of this robot is that since it has a RGB camera, it can detect obstacles and avoids collisions using Lidar and Visual imaging. Most robots will collide and then sense the objects. This will however seldom collide with walls and obstacles and will turn around before touching the objects.My only concern is that I keep dodging my office rotating chairs from one corner to the other to ensure that the robot cleans the entire room and places where it cannot reach…Also to note is that it’s not very cheap to run. There is a definite time frame for all accessories like brush, mop, side brush etc and you will need to replace those parts yourself. The original spares are not cheap and very difficult to procure. However there are some OEM clones but even they aren’t cheap. For example, the mop pad which would last for about 2 months would cost around 1200 bucks for 3 pairs. That’s about 400 per month. Then you will also need to replace the side brush which may cost 250 and cleaning liquid which is quite expensive . I am yet to try regular Lizol liquid as a replacement of the original floor cleaner.All in all, it’s a good alternative to your house helps if you do t have one or having difficulty finding one. But remember it’s a machine and will not be perfect. You will have to intervene once in a while to get the same spotless house as you may get with human house helps.

The initial setup was smooth, the app worked well, and everything seemed promising — until I tried to charge the robot.Right out of the box, the robot refused to charge after docking. All three buttons lit up orange, and on checking the dock, I noticed one of the charging pins was stuck and not popping out like the other. This made the entire unit unusable.For a product in this price range, such a basic hardware defect is unacceptable. I had to return it.

Good and nice functioning very clean and help full of you are having pets at home

The robot sometimes misses the cleaning area that it is programmed to clean, like in a room it will miss a corner or something like that. Sometimes The suction efficiency at turbo level also leaves the dust on the floor, so I'm not sure what's the catch there... But rest is good.

Good product, easy to use, portable and perfect for light tasks.

Amazing product. Worth the price. One thing to note is, you have to maintain the Robot Vacuume cleaner and the base station regularly. Without proper maintenance, the product will be useless in no time.

The media could not be loaded. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with any product and company. I spent almost ₹50,000 on the Dreame L10s Pro Ultra, expecting quality. Instead, it broke down completely in less than 3 weeks. Let that sink in: A premium-price product, DEAD in just 20 days.But that’s just the beginning of this nightmare. The so-called “customer service” is a total joke. Every time I called, a new person picked up, gave me useless promises, and then disappeared. I was told again and again that ‘spare parts are coming’ – weeks have passed and NOTHING has happened. The service agent admitted that either the tyre or the sensor stopped working, but parts are simply “unavailable.” Even the service manager in Haryana just ignores my calls, and once, customer service people they just hung up on me because they had no answers.The real shock: They can deliver you a brand-new robot vacuum in just one day, but can’t provide simple spare parts even after a month! Clearly, this company does not care about customers once they take your money. I tried everything: calling, following up, sending messages – I was just wasting more of my time and effort on false promises and zero action.Bottom line: Do NOT fall for this trap. Save yourself money and stress. I will be posting a video showing how this expensive product simply stopped working. If you value your money or your peace of mind, stay away from this company and their products.I demand my money back. But judging by how this company treats customers, I doubt they care at all. I will try my best to spread out the message about the company fraud at all possible social media platform. Let this be a warning!

It's great! Way better than I thought. Makes stuff so much simpler. Quality of the product is also good.
