Nice tool to work with

(I have the metric version.) It seems nicely machined and plated, but more expensive than it should be.With all of the features, it seems like it will be very handy though. (As others have noted, it is small.)Storage of the "angle pin": They provide a rubbery O-ring to help reduce the likelihood that the pin will fall out and be lost. However, if I store the pin sticking through one of the holes, it gets in the way when using the square, so I have to remove the pin to use the square (& it could get misplaced that way). They should provide a clip to store the pin on the top of the square, where it won't get in the way.I found a nice work-around though: The 3D square has a set of holes for gauging drill bits. The tapered pin just fits in the hole for gauging 7mm drill bits. I put a small piece of masking tape inside that hole to make the hole's inner diameter a touch smaller. Now I can stick the pin partly in that hole and it stays there without going through to the other side where it gets in the way. So the pin is now safely stored where it stays out of the way! (I also tied a small string to the O-ring so that if it does fall, it will be a little easier to find.)

Metric only

This square is accurate and the added bonus was the hole sizes. These are the common dowel sizes (in metric) so it's easy to check dowel pins and layout drilling locations for using a drill guide, jig or even free hand. I would love for them to make a larger one but very happy with this one for stock 4 inches and narrower.

Well-made, easy to use

This is a very useful tool  for woodworking; it provides ease and accuracy, especially when working with angles to achieve the desired precise cut. It came in two parts, which I was able to put together using the included screws and Allen key. The square is made of high-quality aluminum, and the paint job is perfect. It also included a pin for making angles after utilizing the square's holes. The scale lines are etched, but the numbers are printed, and I'm not sure how long they'll last until they fade; I wish they were also etched. The scribing holes are tiny that I couldn't use a pencil until it was just sharpened, but fortunately, I have a thin long nib scriber that works perfectly with the square's scribing holes. The scale for measuring on the side is metric. I like that the manufacturer came up with an idea to avoid losing the pin by simply providing a rubber ring to secure the pin to the square when not in use.
