The ENERGY boost I needed! I love this product, few easy sprays and I feel energized, but not jittery throughout the day. My favorite part is that it’s a spray, no need to mix it in anything, just a light citrusy spray and I’m good to go! I’ve definitely noticed less of a midday slump since I started adding this into my daily routine.

This is great, but I've had other B12 vitamin products that I'd say were more effective. Also, this one needs to be refrigerated (per instructions) whereas the other ones were ok at room temperature.

The flavor is so bad I ended up throwing it out. And an aftertaste that lasts for a long time. I'll need to find a different B12

I’m giving this 3 stars only because I am unaware of its long-term efficacy after 1 usage. This is the worst-tasting B-12 spray I’ve ever tried. It has a horrible, chemical after taste that lingers. Dr. Mercola’s is so much better. With his, all you taste is raspberry.

Easy to use and tastes OK.

I love how quick this product works. Easy to swallow. Doesn't taste great but tolerable. An easy way to get your B vitamins without having to swallow a capsule.

So far every thing is working. No after affects.
