I've been a fan of these bars for several years. I recently purchased them and they are significantly smaller than before. The packaging is the same but the bar is definitely smaller. Still delicious but pricey, especially for a smaller bar.Update - Picture added to show how much smaller the bar is.

I was nervous about the taste because the bars claim to help reduce inflammation and provide the health benefits that I am interested in. I was not disappointed. The bar is dense, and has a chewy texture, which I like. And it tastes good. Not too sweet, bitter, or too tart. The taste is "just right!" Perfect "on the go" breakfast to eat during the week on your commute. No utensils or dirty dishes required!

The bar is delicious and though you may want to gobble it down, it’s great energy bar to savor. I eat 1/2 a bar every day —sometimes more.I’ve ordered 3 times . The bares are giving me more strength and flexibility. I haven’t been sick, achy, or in any pain since I’ve added these to my diet. I think it’s because they are highly charged with antioxidants.

Aweful taste

I just started them. They taste very good. I hope they can give me some relief from my joint pain.

These bars were created by sisters with a passion for exercise and nutrition. In fact, one of the sisters is a physician. Their commitment is evident in these amazing bars. I finally started running and lifting weights again after a long depression that added 100 pounds and lots of inflammation to my body. I'm an RN with a masters in research so I'm all about getting out the magnifying glass and researching the crap out of everything I do. Found this company and bought a box after researching the ingredients. I began eating one for breakfast each day for a couple weeks now and have been surprised at how quickly I'm recovering after some pretty intense workouts. And, bonus.......they taste phenomenal! I'm not usually a fan of nutrition bars. They either hurt my stomach or taste awful, or both! These are just perfection. I just bought 2 more boxes since I never want to run out! These delicious bars have top quality ingredients, and are great as a quick breakfast on the go, or a snack with extra nutrition. They also offer periodic discounts, and I have ordered a variety pack twice now. All their flavors are awesome!
