Sattina Regal Purple Sugarpaste (Ready to Roll Icing) (500g)

I was happy with the colour.

The colour is identical to that of the photos!I will never look back from Sattina, it is honestly the easiest roll out icing to work with as its not sticky yet soft enough to roll out with ease. The taste is also superior to the likes of renshaw, the container is also a great multi purpose use and the handle really is a godsend if you work on location (note:t he smaller containers have no handle).I bought 2 large white tubs and 2 small purple tubs to cover a 2 tier large birthday cake, I ended up using only one small purple tub and 1+1/2 white tubs including decorating.Cracking was very minimal and the end result was beautiful. Great for beginners too.
