Very nice & space saver

I regret purchasing the "Cult Pro 2 HP Peak DC Motorized Under Desk Treadmill", as it has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Here are the reasons why:1. Bad Product Quality:The treadmill itself is subpar. The running space is incredibly narrow, making it uncomfortable to use. The motor is underpowered for the advertised max speed of 10 km/h, and it struggles to maintain consistent performance even at lower speeds. Overall, it feels like a cheap, poorly designed product that doesn't live up to its promises.2. Missing Emergency Stop Button:A major safety concern – the treadmill has no emergency stop button. This is a basic feature that should be standard in any treadmill, especially for home use. The lack of this crucial safety feature makes me question how the product passed any safety standards.3. Terrible Delivery Experience:I ordered two treadmills – one for myself and one for my father at the same time. Both orders were delayed for weeks, and when the products were finally marked as delivered, neither of us received them. This happened multiple times with no proper resolution.4. Fraudulent Delivery Marks:The delivery status was marked as “delivered” multiple times, but I never received my orders. Couriers admitted they both orders were fraud delivery of some placeholder items such as soap and kitchen utensils, which paints a suspicious picture of the company. It’s a huge inconvenience to deal with, especially when it took Amazon months to address the issue and get my refund processed and to get another order again waited for months to receive.5. Poor Customer Service:When I contacted Amazon for help, I was promised swift resolution, but all I received were delays and broken promises. I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for any real action. Two months it took to resolve and order another because of falsely marked delivery!I cannot recommend this treadmill or the overall experience with Amazon's delivery service. This entire process has been a disaster, and I’ll be looking elsewhere for my future purchases. Save yourself the headache and avoid this product.

Worth the price

This is a must have for anyone that spends a lot of time sitting and working. Best way to complete your steps. The product is so stable and the material is of such superior quality as well.

Not too heavy and good to use everyday!

The treadmill is defective and they dont send a technician unless you shoot a video. My treadmill which I bought about 2 months ago has a problem that it turns off randomly at any given time, say after 20 minutes or 22 minutes or 25 minutes, despite contacting cultsport for about a month, they aren't sending a technician saying please provide a video, how do I hold the phone for 25 minutes for the random event to happen and record a video of it? Pathetic post sale support. They outrightly say that we cant lineup a technician or even bother without a video! I am not a vlogger that I shoot a 30 minute video to find a random event when the treadmill turns off automatically! Don't buy it.
