SUPER comfy and just the right color of teal. Set up was a breeze. It comes in 2 boxes but it literally takes 2 minutes to put together, and with no tools. Just slide the metal slats into place. Reclining function works super well. The chair is firm and supportive, but the material is soft and feels kind of like a mix between cotton and velvet. Didn’t try the heating or vibrating function but have no interest in that. Depending how long it lasts will be the deciding factor. But up front it seems like a great deal and high quality for the price

LOVE THIS CHAIR!!! This comes in 2 large boxes but I was able to get it in my house and assemble it myself. It required no tools and took about 20 minutes. This chair is really good quality and very comfortable! The heat on the lower back is such a nice bonus. The massage feature is just vibration but I knew that buying it. Definitely recommend!

After five years of faithful service, my old recliner was looking pretty beat up, so I decided it was time for an upgrade. I bought this wide rocker for my TV lounge, and I'm so glad I did. It looks really stylish and modern, a huge step up from my previous one. The comfort level is excellent. It's spacious and supportive, making it perfect for long movie nights where I might even end up laying down for a nap. The best feature, by far, is the massage and heat function. My old recliner didn't have anything like it, and it feels like such a luxury. It's wonderful for soothing aches after a long day. We just got this recliner for our nursery! It’s so beautiful and took us 10 minutes to put it together. Super comfy and has a smooth rock and glide. It reclines really well. The massage feature is just vibration so don’t expect much from it. It’s really sturdy and we can’t wait to use it once our baby is here!

Great for a short term purchase (mine lasted 4 months). Horrible if you’re actually replacing another piece of furniture and settled on this. Purchased April 6, 2025 and the swivel (ring the chair sits on that makes it turn side to side and 360°) has a break in it already. Completely separated and it now has a 1 inch gap between what is supposed to be a complete circle made of one piece of metal. The chair now wobbles and leans to one side. The lopsided chair has been causing my sciatica to go crazy. The whole reason I purchased the chair was due to a worn out sofa that was causing me pain when sitting on it. I’m truly disheartened. Ironically enough, I’ve been meaning to review the chair this past week but never got around to it. I was actually going to give it 5 stars …lol. It WAS an extremely comfortable chair. The material was awesome (I have 2 Persian cats and the hair never once stuck to it. The chair seemed durable and had decent weight to it. It looked nice and was wide enough for my kitties to sit with me. It seemed very supportive and I liked the heat and massage function. However, lasting just over 4 months, I cannot in good conscience, give this anything other than the one star that is mandatory when leaving a review. I know it was not super expensive but I did expect to get at least 6 months to a year out of this recliner. I feel like it’s a rip off and maybe I should’ve looked around a bit more before buying this one. I really liked this chair - until it broke. Such a bummer. But it seems to be the norm these days on Amazon. Feels like everything is now a buy and toss out 3 - 4 months after purchasing. Seems I haven’t learned my lesson yet. Ugh

I am impressed with this recliner. First off, assembly was simple—from box to fully functional chair. Instructions were simple, but you barely need them. The chair itself is wide, supportive, and the fabric appears to be high-quality, and easy-to-clean. It feels very durable. The special features are great: the massage feature is wonderfully comfortable (just enough vibration to relax you—easy to fall asleep in) and the heat works perfectly to add soothing comfort. The remote is simple, allowing you to choose between the four zones and set a timer. This chair fully meets expectations and I recommend it for its versatility—it's perfect for a nursery, or like me, a comfortable, feature-packed spot for gaming, reading, and watching TV.

I love this chair! We got it for the nursery so it was perfect for relaxing and feeding baby in or sitting upright with baby during sleepless nights. So comfortable and wipes well! 3 stars because the massage function didn’t come with the chair. It’s just a chair, there’s no massage or plug in for that option.. not sure if we got something different? I don’t see another non-massage option. I don’t know how much we’d use it but still, it’s part of the advertising of this chair and I can imagine some people want that option.

Chairs like this usually cost $500–$600 in stores, and I got this one for around $300 — such an amazing deal for this quality! The color is beautiful, the fabric feels soft and cozy, and it fits perfectly in our living room. It’s stylish, super comfortable, and so relaxing. The massage and heat functions are a great bonus — especially in the evenings after a long day. It was also really easy to assemble, which I truly appreciated. For this price and quality, this chair is just perfect — I’m so happy with my purchase!

Excellent chair . I was unsure about ordering furniture online , but i rate this chair and the excellent service, shipping and price 100%, five star . The colour is actually not brown , more of a taupe or mocha colour which ended up still working very well in my living room . The fabric is soft but still feels durable. It is bigger and wide than i expected but still very much okay. It came in one huge box but was really easy to assemble . Very pleased eith this purchase

Comfortable Works as advertised

Really pleased with overall size and comfort of this chair. Easy to assemble. Rocking motion is very nice. The heat and massage features however are not very strong. Massage is noisy and heat is only in one small section of the chair.

This company is not good to deal with they do not return emails, poor customer service. They “lost” my first chair and I had to cancel order after a month of waiting. Told me I could reorder when I did it cost me $150 more for same chair! When I got chair it wasn’t what I wanted, not correct color and chair very uncomfortable. It doesn’t massage only vibrates and makes a noise. Now I want to return chair and they want me to pay 2 to 3 hundred dollars to ship it back!! I am very displeased and upset.
