Amalaki are gooseberies! I had tried AMLA hair shampoo and I decided to try tablets. I must say that it is much more effective this way, I feel it in my hair, shinier and softer. You also notice all the vitamin C it contains because you feel more bright and energised. It is also perfectly sealed and labelled, which gives me peace of mind.
