I recieved these scales today loved them as soon as i opened the box. The item was packaged very well to prevent breakage during delivery. It's a very nice sleek, slimline design with a light fell to them. There very attractive scales. There's detailed instructions printed on film on front of the scales that's easy to remove. Once removed from the box, just remove the directions and tab from the battery compartment and their ready for use straightaway. I had myself weighed at the gym last week and was glad to find that when i stepped on these they were very accurate. It's a beautiful blue backlit LED display that is clear and crisp in displaying the weight. The display screen is very desired size for all 74 x 38mm.At the back of the scales is a button to push that changes the weight unit from ibs to kg for your desired weight measurement.Upon further inspection of the box, you will also find a tape measure to measure the inches as well as the lbs.As with all scales, for an accurate reading, place on hard floor surface not carpet etc.The scale size 300 x 300 x 18mm. The readings are more accurate then I thought, comparing them to professional grade equipment. You will get a good estimate on the variaty of stats these scales offer, giving you the ability to monitor your progress competently enough for domestic use.You will have to sign up to the company's service as it is part of a wider 'smart tech' ecosystem, which is annoying if you simply wanted the data to be extracted and, perhaps, added to an already established app or service. You can export the data and connect it with Google Fit and Fitbit, but you have to have the scale's app.Once set up, it isn't too much of a hastle to get to the main dashboard for the scales, but you will have to switch bluetooth on for the app to sync with the device.I have found that the weight reading can change within the space of seconds, doing one weigh in after another for instance. This is an issue with all scales that read off the metal padals as condensation and moisture can interfere. One positive about the app is that you can do multiple weigh-ins and it recognises that you have done multiple and simply averages all into a session. Additionally, multiple uses can be organised fairly simply, with the preferences being remembered and automatically configured for each user

Really good. Great value for money. It tracks your. Bone mass muscle mass fat percentage and more as well as your weight in the app that you download to your phone.
