Works great but I just wish that they also sold just the size you need. I understand the need to send different sizes the first time so you get the correct size but I don’t like the fact that I can’t use all the ones they sent. They are a soft cushiony plastic and not as uncomfortable as other brands I have tried. Please offer consumers the option to just purchase the size they need. Thanks

I've purchased and used this product, found what size and style works for me, BUT now that I want to order replacements, I've come to find out that you can't order any quantity of the actual size/style you need. You have to order the sampler kit again where you only get 2 of the needed size. So you end up dumping the unusable ones into the recycling bin. If I could find another supplier that would allow you to order only the appropriate size & style I would switch in a heartbeat. However, all the other brands have pretty much the same technique. I did find one brand, SnoreBastion, that makes 4-packs of one size/style, but unfortunately for me, the plastic was not rigid enough to work. With Hush Cone it's like if you needed an antibiotic and the doctor prescribed one, but then made you get 7 other antibiotics just to sit on the shelf until they expired, COME ON HUSH CONES! Give us size, style, and quantity choices once we know what works for us!

I suffer with a deviated septum and narrow nasal passages so I have a tough time breathing through my nose. As a result I have always slept on my side with my mouth open. Over the years I’ve noticed that I often have stressful dreams where I feel like I’m being chased or something stressful is happening repeatedly. I am now 45 years old and in the last 10 years my health has really began to suffer with a high resting heart rate. At times normal stresses in life began to overwhelm me. I could no longer play sports, exercise, or lift weights. I would have these intense dreams and wake up with my heart pounding out of my chest and think I was having a heart attack, so I would race to the ER. After numerous trips to the ER My Kaiser doctor could only offer me an antidepressant pill as it was supposed to help with anxiety too. Or Xanax, or going to a psychologist. I was beyond frustrated as my body felt like it wasn’t working anymore and this was all they could offer. We finally did a sleep study and the sleep specialists said I had sleep apnea. I spoke to my Kaiser doc again and she said it was very mild and not to put too much focus on that. I finally bought these Hush Cones and am sleeping much better. I used to max out at 2, 3, or 5 hours of sleep each night. I no longer suffer with intense dreams or have the heart rate freak outs in the middle of the night. I am able to switch off the flight or fight sympathetic nervous system and get some deep REM sleep at night breathing through my nose with these cones in! The great carrying case comes with 2 different types of cones and various sizes in each so you will find the one that fits your nasal passages. I am going to get the surgery to permanently open my nose but these cones have been a literal life saver for me in the meantime. Beyond highly recommend these bad boys if you have any similar struggles in life.

These cones are not very comfortable, but you do get used to them. They have greatly reduces my snoring by keeping my nostrils open during the night and allowing me to breath. My wife rarely complains now, which used to be a daily thing. My quality of sleep has also gone way up. I don't wake up feeling exhausted anymore.

As a doctor, I can't imagine these do much for snoring which, in most people is caused by soft tissue collapse over the airway in the back of the throat. What these WILL do is stent open the soft tissue of the nostrils which will increase airflow. I have had progressive narrowing of the nasal passages since I had my nasal septum fixed 25 years ago, plus I started whistling through my nose at night. This happens with age as well: soft tissues begin to sag, just look in the mirror. Breathe Right strips will help a little by supporting the tissue from the outside, but these support from the inside. The silicone ones are the most comfortable but, really, you get used to all of them pretty quick. Having different sizes helps; I don't necessarily wear the same size every night, but no matter which I use I breathe better, don't whistle, and sleep better.

Didnt help out with the snoring. I wasn't convinced when my wife ordered for and my guess was correct, not a good use of money.

These are surprisingly effective considering the price. They provide different sizes so anyone can find a size that fits. It keeps the nasal passage open. It might not be "better" than a c-pap machine, but it works.

Absolutely the easiest and best solution to stop snoring! The nasal dilators are very comfortable and stay in place through the entire night. I can breathe easier than ever before! They are easy to clean… I just wash them with warm water and dish soap in the morning, and in the evening they are ready for the next use.
