I do enjoy this product. I like that it's all natural ingredients, no additives, pouch is reusable and doesn't need refrigeration. and has a good content of carbs, healthy fats, and protein.. The 2 main, ( and unfortunately big one) Down size is the cost and shelf life.. at $6 a pouch for these is very high...not to mention my last few orders have arrived with only a few months till expiration.. or in one case, one pouch was slighty damaged. It had a small hole rendering it spoiled.At this cost, these things should at least arrive with 1 year shelf life and arrive better packaged. Thankfully I got them slightly on sale.. and if I hadn't been leaving on my trip I would have returned for a newer batch. I just can't afford to carry these that often.. But I wish I could! They are great in taste and healthier than regular peanut butter.

My husband and I are avid trail runners, and my husband was looking for something that had a coffee flavour to use as fuel while we run. He said it has a great balance of sweet, salt and bitter (dark chocolate & coffee bitter), and that it was the perfect fuel. He did make mention the mouth feel was a bit chunky (peanut chunks), but quickly overcame that after the initial shock. This is now one of his go-to fuels when on the trails. This product is packed full of flavor, nutrients and it is packs/travels well.I will definitely be purchasing this product again for my husband, from this particular seller. Shipping was very quick, the contents were packages well and for what you get - the price was right. (:

I love the product and have taken it on backpacking trips and used it at home. The only issue I have with the product is that on two occasions, I have noticed punctures in the packaging caused by either kneading the product before use or because it was compressed in my bag. the punctures have not been too significant, but they were enough for some of the oil to escape and get on the packaging of other foods and onto the interior of my food bag.I love the coffee flavor and the portability of the product, but I would just enjoy it more if it came in either creamy or slightly less crunchy.

Used the Maple Sea Salt flavor while running the Wonderland Trail around Mt. Rainier. Hadn't used it before that point so it was a gamble if it would work well. It did. Great stuff and long lasting energy. Very convenient with the closing lid and wonderful taste. Also thumbs up for vegan

I take this on hikes and long long runs through the mountains. Nice sustained energy. Tasty. Eat and follow with water.On cold days it does get firm - I keep in pocket close to body to get round that (and live in California). Kneading does help get it flowing. One pouch has 4 servings of 190 calories a piece. Great bang for valued real estate in your pack. And its real food and a great counter to any sugary stuff you are knocking back.

Love, love, loved the nut butter on our backpacking trip. We looked forward to our mid-morning snack and dessert of a White chocolate macadamia Clif Bar smothered in nut butter. Any flavor was amazing, but my favorite was the dark chocolate and coffee ~ a winning combo in any form!! Don't even think about it ~ Just buy it! You won't regret it, especially when you're in the middle of nowhere looking for a small luxury!

I was very excited to try this product, but when it arrived I realized 3 out of the 6 pouches did not have their caps properly sealed at the factory and they had leached through the cardboard box and into my carpet. For $6 per pouch this level of quality control is unacceptable. I reached out to the amazon supplier and will update this review if they are helpful with a replacement, but it is unlikely I will purchase again.
