This kitchen counter compost bin not only looks stunning on my kitchen counter it has been a life saver for me. No more rotten smell in my trash and NO MORE FLIES!!! No matter what stinky piece of yuck I put in there I have never smelled any bad odor or have had to take my trash out several times a week to get rid of whatever stinky item I put in it. LOL I got the copper bin and it looks like apiece of art on my counter. BTW, it also comes with charcoal liners for the lid which is where the magic happens :) I highly recommend this compost bin and this seller. Absolutely the best, in every way.

The copper finish on the compost bucket was scratched with the handle and covered up by someone before shipping by wrapping the wire handle. It was not damaged in shipping. I wrote the company to at least get my shipping charge refunded but never heard back. Otherwise the bucket was ok and had several replacement filters. The copper coating was thin, so scratched easily. I added soft bumper stickers to each side of the bin where the handle hit it. The scratch was about an inch and a half long but not worth sending it back. It would be nice for the company to at least reimburse my shipping.

I loved the appearance of this container. It perfectly matched my new kitchen. However, after only several months of use it has rusted thru on the bottom. The finish is also wearing off around the bottom and lid. I'm contemplating trying it again just because of its looks but haven't decided for sure.

It arrived with scratches before we were able to use it. The bin has a good weight. It works just fine as a compost bin, but I’m sure you could find some larger.

Good looking and well made product. However we bought it to keep ants out of the kitchen waste and to prevent having to take the waste to the compost pile often. the filters are not fitting snugly and ants found a way around the foam carbon filters.

well made. Lid fits well and tight. I use it with 2.6 gallon compostable bags that fit well. I also like the design and appearance and it looks great to keep on the kitchen counter. in fact my husband walked by the counter the other day wondering how it comes that the prettiest appliance we have in the kitchen turns out to be a compost bin ...

I really like this compost bin. It looks nice on our countertop with my other copper wares. The charcoal filters keep any orders at bay. I was thinking it was going to be a little larger, but the size has worked at well. I would definitely recommend this product!

This is a really cute compost bin. Love the copper color and the charcoal filter. I never smell a thing! It is on the smaller side, so I have to empty it 1-2 times a week-not a big deal. I bought some compost bin liners too, so it really simplifies everything.

I'm a work in progress as I've never completed before.But I like how looks on my counter and no smell.

Nice 1 gallon (4 litre) bin. Uses pretty standard bags you can get from the dollar store. The only problem we had was the handle rubbed the finish off on the side and there is exposed metal that is about the size of a pencil eraser. Annoying but not the end of the world. They should place a rubber cover on the handle so rubbing isn’t a problem.I also would expect these are pretty easy to dent but it does look awesome on the counter.

Needed a new compost pail. I compost outdoors, but like something for the kitchen to store the scraps et al that could be emptied weekly or so. No room under the sink, needed to be countertop. This bin jumped off the screen and I haven't regretted choosing it. Beautiful, just the right size and low priced.

No odour at all. It would be a better product if it was larger. Biggest issue is the copper finish comes off easily so it doesn't look good at all.One reason I bought it was for the attractive copper finish.......Disappointed.

We put the lid in the dishwasher once. It looks awful now. Item indicated it was dishwasher safe.
