Works great
This product is great. We used it to go the soap on heavy equipment and tanker trucks. Be sure to run water thru it after use. I recommend this product.

Very good quality construction
Very good quality construction, creates good suds. The bonus brass connector adapter allows use of either 14m or 15m hose with this gun. Some electric pressure washers use a M22 -15m hose connector. All in all very good value.

Never even got to try it out
I opened the box and the very first time I squeezed it the trigger handle cracked. I have no idea if it or the foam Cannon work but the quality is of the trigger is obviously low

Far From Perfect - UPDATED to Acceptable
ORIGINAL REVIEW ON FIRST GUN RECEIVED: I have a Sun Joe SPX4001 which has a M22/15mm hose connection. I wanted to connect a pressure washer gun and they all have M22/14mm connections. I found the JWGJW 166 and it comes with a thread adapter connection. I thought problem solved. Not quite. The connector does not have a nipple in the 14mm side. I can connect the Sun Joe 15mm hose to the connector and the connector to the gun. The only problem is the missing nipple somehow screws with the pressure and the pressure washer constantly has a millisecond false start, over and over, when it's in standby. So to prevent this while using the "thread adapter" (technically it isn't adapting the threads, but rather the nipple size) I have to constantly turn off the power washer when I'm not actually using it. In addition the front coupler began leaking after a half an hour of usage. I hand tightened it only to have the leak become a gush. I took the coupler off to discover it had a broken o-ring.UPDATE: The seller contacted me via email expressing concern for my issues. I have reordered the product and will give it a second try. I will then update this review. The second package I received was very similar to the first. First of all the bottle and foam cannon are very similar to most affordable cannons. They all put out a decent amount of foam, and I have no issue with it.The problem with the first gun was a lack of constant pressure which in turn caused the pressure washer to periodically and continually recycle or repressurize, something I'm sure wasn't good for the motor. That seems to have been eliminated with the second gun. In comparing the first and second guns I've noted several differences. The first gun I received had a 1/4" male coupler that was screwed in the barrel of the gun. It had a broken o-ring which caused it to leak and may have been the cause of a pressure leak. The second gun has a permanently attached coupler, so there is not possibility for an o-ring to break. Prior to this gun I've not disassembled one so I really can't compare it to another. As you can see from the photos the interior mechanism is basically one piece formed from six pieces (7 if there is an internal spring, which there likely is) that are glued/welded together. The piece at the the juncture of the two pipes is one pressed piece. It appears that the manufacturer took all the parts that may have composed the original design and integrated them into one solid piece. Whether that's a good or bad idea remains to be seen. The free adapter works just fine with the new gun. I will note that the first was missing any type of washer. The second adapter I received has a silicone washer. The missing washer may also have contributed to the loss of pressure I experienced with the first gun. As you can see it differs substantially from the connector I normally use. Nevertheless it seems to be working just fine. The reason for 3 stars instead of 4 is that I had to order a replacement and it seems that they have little concern for quality control. The second gun works and is decidedly different than the first gun. There was no washer in the first free adaptor. Another point of poor design or quality its the housing. It's obviously two pressed pieces of plastic screwed together. The front of the gun, where the 1/4" make connector is located, has two screw holes. One screw was missing and the other fell out very early on. The inside threads are probably striped so I'll just get a couple of screws just a bit larger. The thing is I shouldn't have to do that.Bottom line if this is all you can afford, or you just want something inexpensive to try out a foam cannon system, give this one a try. Just be aware of the quality control issues.
