DO NOT BUY ANY THERMOCORE PRODUCTS.
We bought this unit almost 3 years ago loved the cassette idea., and 2 of 4 work ok. Each grid has a unique set up for the ceiling unit and many cables and parts to bypass or correct the original system. There is no explanation as to how to set up unit grid and which wires to use or not use. So the remotes are useless and the air movement wings are static. OVERALL the problem is they have NO customer service and NO tech support. Called at least 10 times got on hold for up to 1 hour with an AC installer here and no answer just music. Only Sales NO service! Lots of issues to get running, AC installer said unit not fully charged as claimed.

These people are a rip off!
I bought 2 units 6 months ago both stopped working and they will not talk to you about parts... they told me tough luck and stopped answering the phone...this is a con!
