I like how it feels. I found that I can't fully put it on because it was squeezing the sides of my neck too hard. So I move it around to the places I need it most and it works great.

This massager is so comfortable to use. It does not grind the way some others do. The hands free benefit is really useful for reading or crocheting while getting a relaxing heated neck massage.

everybody saying it's too hard, can't relate, i wish it had a firmer setting tbh, i had to stand and lean back against a wall to get enough leverage for it to feel like it was actually doing anything, so i guess mileage may vary on that aspect. definitely agree a remote would be MUCH better than the stupid panel on the strap, which is very difficult and extremely uncomfortable to get to once you're wearing the darn thing.i wish the arm things that get the traps were bigger or had further reach, or that you could change the angle of things? the extra pressure points are very nice but unless you're using it just resting on your neck with the prongs at the tops of your shoulders, it's very difficult to get it to lay properly anywhere else, and you definitely don't get enough pressure for it to accomplish much using the hands-free strap anywhere but the neck.

This work better than you would think. You can have a lite message to a deep message. I use it several times a day. A Best Buy.

The massager is painful as the pinching is too rough. Not comfortable to use.

Do NOT use if you have any spine injury. My C6 & C7 are herniated. I bought this to help release my trap muscle that cramps up. This ended up pinching me (causing my skin to come off) and caused a chain of events that ended me in the hospital with heart palpitations and heart rhythm spikes ( up to 156 bpm while sitting) due to it causing injury to my vagus nerve. I had no idea until the doctor asked me if I had been using massage machines. These need a warning to NOT use of you have spine injury. Since it didn’t touch my injury I thought it would help, considering deep tissue massaging helps me greatly.

I jave a nice massage chair but it doesn't reach my upper neck. This on does, omg it feels so good. Feels like someone is actually given you a deep neck massage. Very easy to use. I use it just about every day for me it does make my neck feel a lot better and takes care of my neck pain. So glad that I have it.

It's not comfortable and the massage functions are very limited. I'm looking into other options. The only thing it can boast is being cordless.
