I'm having to reduce my 5 star rating to 1
This was just what I was looking for!! I've been taking this product for a month now, and I believe in taking a product faithfully, according to instructions and give it a fair trial, which I did. First, a little background about me. I'm a 57 year old woman, dealing with hormone and thyroid issues. I'm actually not really overweight, but about 5 lbs had crept up on me, probably because of all of the macadamia nuts I was consuming because I was hungry all of the time. I already eat healthy, following a low carb lifestyle, and exercise 6 days/ week integrating HIIT, Yoga, strength and metabolic conditioning. I found, though, that I would have to chase my lunch with some macadamia's to fill me up,and take snacks with me whenever I left the house. The first thing that I noticed pretty quickly was that I had a decreased appetite. I didn't need that fistful of nuts after lunch anymore. And, what I really noticed is that I wasn't having to carry snacks with me in the afternoons when I was out and about. Before, I would almost be panicky if I realized I didn't have anything with me because I would get ravenous! Now, I may get hungry, but it's different, and I can hold off without it consuming me. After one month (and one week of that was vacation), I have lost 5 lbs, which is my target, and usually it's those last 5 that are the hardest! Beyond that, I have lost close to 1 inch in my waist, and I've noticed that the appearance of cellulite on the front of my thighs has diminished! I'm really excited about my results because I've tried a lot of things to target cellulite and haven't found anything thing that's helped like this. At this point, I don't need to lose anymore weight, but I like the otherresults so much that I plan to continue to use it. I can't tell you the freedom I feel not having to carry snacks around all of the time! I'll have to play around with a maintenance level, now, though. All I can say is that it's much cheaper than macadamia nuts!! I never experienced an increase of energy, like some have reported, but that was never a problem for me, anyway. Neither have I experienced any negative effects. I just reordered and bought extra for some friends to try as well!Follow up.... unfortunately, after my first 5 star review, they changed the formula and added rice flour. Even the color of the capsule was different. I loved the original formula, but the only results I got from the new one is a gut that turned upside down. The customer service was great, but I can't tolerate this new formula. I'm moving on to another product.

Don't know what all the hype is about
Tried product for over a month with no weight loss. Actually gained four pounds. Experienced stomach cramps and not such a pleasant bathroom experience. Three weeks after I stopped using the product I started to lose weight (total of seven pounds so far) and I did nothing to my diet and exercise plans. I actually ate 'cleaner' and did more cardio while on Forskolin and still gained weight. Ugh! That said, I never have lost weight on any weight loss supplement (Raspberry Ketons, Green Coffee Bean Extract, Garcinia Cambogia, etc).UPDATE: As of 5/7/15 I was issued a full refund for the Forskolin Extract that did not work for me. After leaving my feedback I was contacted the next day by Adam VanDerven - owner, Alpenglow Health and he assured me that I could get a refund ASAP which I did two days later. I still stand behind my feedback that the product did not work for me, but as far as the 100% sanctification refund policy, it's accurate. They stand behind their word.

We are believers!
This is an amazing product. My husband ordered it a month ago and his results were very exciting. He lost 7 pounds and 2 1/2 inches off his stomach. Well I had to get my own, and I have to say I'm pretty sold! I've only taken it for 10 days: 5 of them on a cruise. I lost a pound on a 5 day cruise which has never happened! So I'm very excrited to see where my journey takes me! Additionally, you would have thought my husband was a sales rep for Forskolin! He managed to bring up his success to everyone he met, showing pictures of the bottle on his iPhone. We are believers!

This product is doing the trick......
I have been taking Alpenglow Health Forskolin for almost two weeks. I have not noticed much weight loss, but the fat loss is very noticeable! That is more important to me! My pants fit much better, which encourages me to pick healthier choices and move/exercise more!I am having loose stools, which could be do to the fat loss. I skip the second pill to keep that in check, and that seems to work nicely. Drinking Water truly is key to stay hydrated, it does keep me mindful of drinking more water! I am very encouraged to keep taking this product, and plan to reorder!

I am a 70 year old grandmother who now finds herself to be not as energetic although I lead an active life with biking, swimming, and walking regularly. After taking this forskolin product for several days, I am seeing an improvement in my energy level! The Alpenglow team has been very helpful and timely in answing questions. The shipping was very prompt too. Forskolin is a supplement that really works.
