Not a cushion. But it does make the toilet softer. There is no padding. It’s just a layer of terry cloth material.

I really like these toilet seat covers, I use them all year around and they wash very easily as well. Decent price. Don’t know how I did without them before. I will always use these for all of my toilets.

Ok for the price, but don’t fit very well.

We do not have heat & these work great in the winter months. They stand up to quite a few washings before I replace them, and with the price you mind doing that.
