Works as expected very satisfied
I love this laptop it works great battery isn't very good but that's because I use it to game on low end games not the best for gaming but nothing I'm not used too

Missing windows key, product not as labeled. Unable to use apps properly. Can't install windows 10.
This laptop came with an unactivated version of windows 11 "Pro" (listing says windows 11 home) and does not detect any installation media to be able to download windows 10. Having a big fat "Activate Windows" on a laptop is not okay.I also had an issue with not being able to use firefox after initial install due to SEVERAL antivirus popups.When trying to use a USB to install windows 10 onto this laptop, i was not able to use it as a drive or format it from this laptop. When putting the usb back into my main pre-built PC i started getting THE SAME VIRUS POPUPS from my Windows Security app that i did on this new laptop.

It’s a very good laptop
Very good product but the battery life is not really good and everything else is fine quality, easy to use

Did not work
The laptop wouldn’t stay charged. I had to send it back. I had purchased the extended warranty as well as a Microsoft product. All was a waste. The program is supposed to be returned soon. No word on the extended warranty and credit back for the laptop itself.

Laptop was ok but wasn’t able to connect to ANY WIFI network at all so it definitely had to be returned. Waste of time and energy

You have delivered faulty laptop.when I was trying to start .it is showing vertical line
It's not working at all.I have trying to return it .but unable to to rturn so I left that in fort lauradel. Miami.
